Excellent employees, always ready to help. They were so kind to my daughter for her birthday, providing sparklers/cakes! Property is so clean as was the beach. They can't help the presence of jellyfish or river run-off. Sand was soft and palm trees were gorgeous! Shout out to Chimichanga for his excellent hosting skills; dancing and games with the entertainment crew was super fun! These people need your tips! No one gave any tips! I hope that changes. They work hard to keep us happy.

Great paradise get away
First time going to an all inclusive adults only resort in Dominican Republic, it was exactly as advertised online. All the beautiful pictures online were accurate, the resort was clean, friendly staff, and the food was great with plenty of choices to chose from. I would definitely go back there.

The property setting and staffs were great. Very friendly staffs. However, they seriously need an improvement on foods. All the restaurants' food quality and taste were very disappointing. Only foods we were able to eat were from the buffet, not ala a carte. In addition, the bathroom needs a major cleaning. Molds everywhere.

There’s something special here
I rarely write reviews but there is truly something special about this resort. Although it be may an older Bahia Principe resort, the concierge service, entertainment team, room service, cleaning team, restaurant team, and overall quality service, create the 5* experience I was hoping for on this vacation. Special shout out to Ramundo, Yeicol, Omar, Pedro Rodriguez, Eduardo, Celeste, Wellington, Carlos C, Mayelin, Luis, Black Roro, Baby Angelo, Maria, Leonardo, Bradiao, and Joselito. You all made such a lasting impression on us this week! We can’t thank you enough!

Wonderful stay.
Like usual the Bouganville is always excellent on every aspect. We like that the servers and mades are there for a lot of years. It feels like part of a family. The restaurants are delicious and lots a variety. Pools are always cleaned every morning. Even the long chairs are washed often. There is no down side to this resort. Cant wait to go vack in April.
