Our stay at the hotel was an absolute surprise, specially for all the staff that are always smiling and trying to make your day memorable! A special thank you to Jefris that is a lovely person with great energy and makes you feel the only guest he is receiving on the day. The resort is absolutely stunning, with a lot of nature and a great care of the place, amazing sustentability projects and the minimum waste as possible!! Restaurants are an experience, unique menus, different experiences that offer a variety that you could never imagine. And there are so many activities planned during the day, for active people or for someone looking for nature interaction! You wanna participate in all of them as they always have something to learn,do, get to know more and it is fun!

Best all inclusive ever
Have you ever dreamed of being on a secluded tropical island? Well if you have this place is for you! From the time we reached check in for boat ride until we left we were treated like royalty. Unfortunately I was sick the whole week and they went out of their way to accommodate my needs. Everyone and everything was awesome. The food was outstanding even though I couldn’t really enjoy. My husband got to enjoy it all. The beach was beautiful. We even had a service button at the beach. Who does that?? There is a lot of walking if you choose or there is golf cart service available. All the employees were so kind and friendly. I can’t remember a lot of names but here are just a few. Rosa at the front was wonderful and helpful. Our ambassador Eddyl and a sweet guy named Virgilio were great. They really worried about me and tried to help in anyway they could. So if you’re looking for someplace beautiful, quiet, and very accommodating then you should visit here. If you want to party probably not. They have unique things to do. All in all best place we’ve ever been. Thank you Cayo Levantado Resort for everything.

5 STARS AND BEYOND
This hotel is the real deal. Run, Swim, Paddleboard, save your pennies ( a lot of them) to experience the best 5 Star experience in Dominican Republic. We live here( work in tourism) and have been to close to 50 hotels since 2020 and including all the major ones you know and I never expected to receive the level of service we had here. It was very much St Regis/Four Season discreet yet thorough. To begin, the lounge at the Pier. Just beautiful and wonderful service. The quick boat ride over ( on safe and easily accessible catamaran) and golf cart ride to the lobby where your concierge greats you. We had Mariela and Emma who took care of all. As the one always planning, I was so happy to have someone else be in charge of me . We were on beach by 11:30AM where we stayed til 4ish having the first of many great meals and some fine Cava in the pool. Speaking of alcohol, this hotel has it all. Nothing off label from Grey Goose to Don Julio, it is included The Spa. The Cadillac of massage Tables. My husband is 6.4 and 300 pounds and lives in constant fear of breaking massage tables . His masseuse was strong enough to really get him relaxed especially since he wasn't worried about the table. Meanwhile, a few rooms over, I had equally relaxing combo of water treatments and massage followed by workout in their start of art gym The dinners: Lobster tails/ Salmon/ Steaks/Sushi all of them outstanding, Breakfast: Since was Low Season, there was only a la carte but the menu was expansive and basically customizable. I have Wheat Gluten allergies and my husband on Renal diet and all of our dietary needs were met. And, saving the best for last. Emmanuella @management. She was amazing, above and beyond. We have had many concierges at many hotels, including one for our wedding who have not been as professional yet personal and most importantly Genuine. What the Cayo Levantado Resort has managed to do it in country where service often feels fake and contrived is create experience that is natural not only in physical surroundings but in interaction.. not an easy task here

A delightful week at this resort
We enjoyed a truly memorable week at this resort, marking our second visit since our first stay in 2009. The transformation since then has been remarkable; what was once a 5-star resort has been elevated to a genuine luxury experience. The renovations and improvements throughout are evident, creating a more refined and inviting atmosphere. The food quality is outstanding, and the service is exceptional, with friendly, attentive staff eager to meet every need. The beach, while on the smaller side, is impeccably clean and serene, providing a peaceful retreat. Although the beach bar cocktails weren't quite to our taste—slightly watered down, perhaps—it’s a matter of preference rather than a criticism, as the beach-side service itself was flawless. The resort offers an impressive array of wellness activities. We attended a "Healthy Back" session at the gym and were genuinely impressed by the instructor’s passion and dedication to her work. Another session we enjoyed took place at Yubarta, focusing on the nutritional benefits of coffee, cacao, and tea. Yennite (apologies if I’ve misspelled her name) was a knowledgeable and engaging guide through the material, making it a thoroughly enjoyable experience. A highlight of our stay was a tour of the island led by a biologist from the gardening team. He was a wealth of information on the local flora, fauna, and geological history, delivering it all with professionalism and enthusiasm. We stayed in Villa 4, a beautiful beachfront villa that was both stylishly decorated and extremely comfortable, complete with indoor and outdoor showers. With three rooms, each offering convenient access to the pool and ocean, I’d highly recommend choosing this villa. It proved especially handy on a rainy day when we could easily switch between relaxing on the veranda and taking quick swims in the sea. Finally, the lobby bar deserves a special mention for its exceptional signature cocktails. Don’t miss out on trying them—they won’t disappoint!

BEST Resort I have ever been !!!
Sure it is a 100 % recommended resort. Excelence in service, food and drinks is more than expected. Do not have any complaint at all. Ready to manage 17 people friends group without any problem. You just ask what you want and it´s done righ away. Staff is available and kind. Beach is incredible, I do not remenber any other place I spent that time in the calm water. Food, drinks and transportation available all the time. Walking and running is a pleasure all around. Wonderful service in room. Disco and music every night, very happy stay. Try it by yourself.
