What an amazing experience! The customer service was world class. From our butler Samuel to Elias, Jean Carlo, Jesus, Juan C and Tommy at the restaurants, also Linda our housekeeper, they all helped to create the perfect atmosphere for our wedding anniversary. The Food was really delicious and the endless variety can accommodate any diet restrictions. The entertainment team were outstanding and extremely funny. It was the perfect combination to end up our days on a high note. The facilities were more than spotless. I cannot say enough about our experience! I am a seasoned traveler and want to assure you that Majestic Colonial is a great destination for your perfect vacation. You will not regret it! I’m coming back for my birthday in May!

Amazing bartender Yohanny!!’
We absolutely loved coming to the lobby bar downstairs every day and night to see Yohanny. She made us amazing drinks every time and was so friendly and fun to be around . We leave tomorrow and will miss her dearly !!! The stay at this resort was amazing , always clean and everyone was always willing to go above and beyond for us!

Mar 21, 2025Our second stay at the Majestic Colonial, Punta Cana
We had a great time at the Majestic Colonial, Punta Cana this March. We stayed on the club side of the resort. This is our second time here, the first was March 2024. Jesus Rodriguez, our butler went above and beyond to make sure our stay was amazing. We spent our entire week at the beach which is what we prefer. The pools are nice as well. The staff work hard maintaining the beach area daily, starting before sunrise. The staff at the beach bar are the best. Bartenders Fernando and Loyda make excellent drinks to keep you refreshed. They’re a 10 out 10. We ate mostly at the main buffet and Steahouse. Melizas service was excellent at the buffet and we always sat in her section. She goes above and beyond to make your dining experience great. Always with a smile. The food itself at the buffet was quite good and there’s an option for for all tastes. The servers at the steakhouse were excellent. Always there to checking on things and refilling your drinks. The meals were very good as well. Our room was cleaned daily and always had fresh towels. The fridge was restocked daily with water, sodas and beer. There is always entertainment around the resort every night or you can hang out for drinks at one of the bars or lounges. There are live shows in the theater nightly as well as many shops you can visit. Our stay at this resort was fantastic. There is some noise late into the night once and while but didn’t bother us to much. It might for others. There was a few mosquitos around at night and early morning at the beach but overall not too bad. Bring bug spray to cover your bases if mosquitos tend to like you.

Love - Majestic Colonial
Majestic Colonial was at its best. This is our 8th holiday here. Loyda and Fernando at the outside adults only beach bar are two lovely and attentive employees. The beach was always clean, security was present, although never needed by us. We will be back.

Perfect
Food was great, room was perfect, bed also great .Hotel is clean, the staff is very polite. Beach is wonderfull. We were here for 7 days with two friends and we were very sorry when we had to go home. We had very relaxed holiday, and we will for sure come again. Thank you for the perfect holiday, see you again soom!
