Oliver was the most fun to be around, and always made sure we knew what events were going on. He had the most energy during activities and made me want to keep coming back. He is the best at zumba and getting everyone excited for the day. I would 100% recommend to find him at your stay.

Fantastic Activity Staff and Beach Bar staff
We spent Spring Break at the Majestic Elegance Costa Mujeres last week. The activity staff were a lot of fun - special shout out to Diana, Amanda, Oliver and Edwardo. Our favorite activity was pool and beach volleyball. The beach waiter Manuel and bartender Victor were super attentive and friendly. Victor made excellent drinks - our favourites were the Strawberry margaritas and the Pina coladas. We thoroughly enjoyed our vacation.

Great place. Very accommodating. Great food and entertainment. Oliver was a great pool entertainer and super energetic!! We enjoyed all the food accommodations. The beach was excellent. Beautiful water and will come back here for sure. Already planning a trip with friends!!

Excellent property in every way!!
From the beautifully maintained grounds to the exceptional service and vibrant kids’ club, this property truly stands out! The kids’ club staff—Alondra, Diana, and Amanda—were incredibly kind, upbeat, and full of positive energy. They made our children’s vacation fun, joyful, and truly unforgettable. The overall staff was equally impressive—attentive, helpful, and always pleasant. A special mention goes to Angel, who left a lasting impression with his warm attitude and constant willingness to assist in any way he could. The rooms were spotless, comfortable, and tastefully appointed. The food was enjoyable with a nice variety of options, and the beach was absolutely stunning—clean, soft sand and lots of place to sit . Without a doubt, this is one of the best vacation spots we’ve visited. Highly recommended!

Small but great resort for families
Overall, the resort was fantastic and exceeded our expectations. We travelled with young children and the hotel was well equipped, stroller friendly and we were even able to get milk at the piano bar for baby bottles (they offered!). The selection of food was great at buffets and restaurants with a decent attempt at catering to specialized diets (vegetarian, vegan, GF, DF etc). I loved that there was no ridiculous booking/reservation system, you can just show up for the most part. Highlights were: - the kids club- the ladies running things were absolutely outstanding (Alondra and Estrella in particular but they were all so kind and attentive and just so hard-working and creative) - the entertainment! They go all out on variety and cover all the details. We loved the outdoor celebrations and live music in the evenings as well as the foam/pool party once weekly - gorgeous beach It is a little on the smaller side and like anywhere, there can be some variability in service and some minor updates to room fixtures would be nice (cracks, paint chips,outlets etc) but really not that big of a deal. Our room was only made up 3 out of 7 days but we were able to get extra towels etc sent up really quickly (usually not the case!) There is also a wedding and party here almost every night and they can go a little late and loud which may be an issue for some. I'm not usually one to return to the same place twice but would consider it here- really great vacation. I'd love to see them add a coffee shop or ice cream shop as some other places we've been to.
