Lovely place. Nice sized rooms. Had hoped to get a room with 2 double beds and 2 bathrooms. Great food. Very nice and helpful staff. Great butler--Rubi. Housekeeping doing an excellent job. Loved bracelet making with Eduardo. Would highly recommend to friends and family. Thank you for a lovely experience!

Diana, Alondra and Estrella were so nice, sweet and helpful with our kids. The kids had a great time and loved all the crafts and activities. They had an awesome time at the foam party too and made so many memories. The beach is beautiful! Our kids can wait to come back!

The hotel over all was good and we had a great time but a few things to consider if you are coming to the family side, the gals in the kids club were amazing- Alondra, Diana and Estrella were so great with our kids. There is no lunch service at the pool, you have to go inside a restaurant for snacks or food. There is a small little hit that serves hotdogs and hamburger but that’s it. There are no places to grab a quick snack and with kids that’s not ideal. The waitstaff is really friendly but they don’t come around much so you have to get up to get a drink. Bartenders are SO nice and friendly but the town staff are rude. You are expected to get one towel per person per day and if you go to exchange a wet one they give you a hard time. Overall I’d give this a 3/5

Amazing stay. Everyone was so welcoming and friendly. Food options were great. Beach was even better. Pool activities were amazing. Rubi our butler was so nice and friendly and efficient. Rubi assisted us with excellent service. Which made our stay even better.

Oliver is an amazing part of the crew!
Oliver is amazing!! He’s a funny and kind member of the entertainment crew and has absolutely made our trip. He remembered our names right away, including details about us, and continued to check in with us as we crossed paths through our entire stay. He really makes the experience here memorable and worthwhile.
