I just returned from my 7-day trip in Punta Cana. It was my first time there and first time staying at an AI. There were 11 of us in total, over 5 rooms. For 9 of my friends in the group it was their second visit. Our butler was Henry-WOW what an amazing guy. He checks up on you to see if you need anything during your stay. He made our reservations for the spa, dinner shuttle to/from and ensured our 5 rooms were in the general area of each other. At the Club beach bar Felix and Rosa took care of us all week. They were both friendly and efficient. At the Club pool bar Ishmael and Wallum kept us entertained all week. They are so fun. They had us laughing all week. I also want to mention the waiter, Robin. We had him our first night at the steak house, he was very welcoming and treated us like family. We had him again the next day at Sea and See and he remembered us. We would request him anytime we went to either restaurant. I cannot stress enough how amazing, hardworking, friendly and appreciative all the staff were. I can see why my friends wanted to return. They go out of their way to make sure you are happy and having a great time.

Rafael our butler did an outstanding job insuring our stay was enjoyable by texting the daily actives schedule and warm personality seem to genuinely care our stay was comfortable and enjoyable by briefly personally stopping by the beach and being visible in the lobby area to help with dinner reservations

Amazing Stay at Majestic Elegance Punta Cana!
I just had a 7 day stay at Majestic Elegance in Punta Cana, DR and it was amazing! This is my second time here and we had the absolute best butler Henry, he took care of everything we needed always especially reservations for dinners for all 11 of us that traveled together! We loved the pool bar with Ismael and Walliam they made GREAT drinks and were always so funny!! Everything was clean and all the workers are so friendly! We enjoyed the food at every single restaurant! Will definitely be back again!

Fun at the Majestic Elegance
Just came back from our 2nd trip to Majestic Elegance. We had a great time at the beach and pool bar. Ismael was the best bartender at the pool! He kept us entertained and supplied with delicious drinks. Walliam was a lot of fun and we missed him when he wasn’t there. Our butler Henry was great! His service was a 10 out of 10 and he made sure our stay was perfect - from dinner, spa and shuttle reservations to special requests - he handled everything with grace and professionalism. The French and Japanese restaurants were my favorite but I also enjoyed the steak house and Italian restaurant. The beach bbq was a nice addition this year. I also enjoyed the specialty drink stations in the lobby at night. The silent disco and beach party were fun. I would definitely recommend the Majestic Elegance and hope to go back some day. I will be requesting Henry again too! He was the best!

Trip did not disappoint! Henry as our Butler made the experience amazing.
We returned on a friends and family trip for the second year in a row. We had such a great experience with Henry as a butler for some of our group last year that we requested him as our butler again for the whole group this year! We had 5 rooms of people and he was spectacular. He constantly was asking us if we needed anything or what he could do to make our stay the best it could be. He was always happy to see us while on property and treated us like family. I would highly recommend Henry as a butler. He went out of his way to accommodate us. We also had a great experience with Felix, Jenny, Alejandro and Rosa Tejada at the beach bar. They kept us hydrated during our long days at the beach! If you stay in the club section, I also highly recommend going to see Ismael, Jesus, and Walliam at the swim up pool bar. They made the pool a fun place to hang out and we had a blast. I would definitely stay at this resort again.
