9 Doors Japanese restaurant is located on the ground floor of the lobby and is divided into the sushi bar and Teppanyaki area. In the Sushi Bar you will find an excellent and elaborate selection of sushi and 8 Teppanyakis, with capacity for 10 people and six sittings per day, you can have a real experience of show cooking whilst enjoying Japanese cuisine.
Table Reservation are required for teppanyaki. No reservation required for the Sushi Bar.

In a typically Italian atmosphere, the restaurant Il Botaccio offers a dinner service with the best and most representative dishes of Italian cuisine. In addition, during the morning and midday, Il Botaccio opens its doors to Elegance Club customers to serve breakfast and for an a la carte lunch. Restaurant will remain open for breakfast and lunch, exclusively for guests staying at the Elegance Club (Adults only 18+ section).

Excellence Club - always. Our incredible concierge/butler, Richard and his beach teammate, Henry, were effective, proactive & thoughtful. They gave us the gift of doing nothing but enjoying ourselves on this special holiday. There is a third building in the Excellence group that we weren’t aware of prior to travel - with beach views, pool views and close to the beach restaurant. I would book this if I were to return.

Unforgettably beautiful experience
Beautiful in every way. Rooms. Restaurants. Beach. Shops. Pools. Grounds. Staff. Richard was absolutely fantastic - knowledgeable, helpful, friendly, made us feel welcome and as friends. Henry at the beach, couldn't praise him more! Felix and Jenni, fantastic. Richard Antonio and Orlando made our water sports easy and fun. The nightly shows were fun and inclusive. Everyone was helpful and friendly but Richard, Henry, Felix and Jenni were really above and beyond. Juan and Ovin made check out a breeze. For 6 women celebrating a lifetime of friendship, Majestic Elegance gave us something more to celebrate. We embraced the resort experience, ate at every restaurant and buffet, shopped til we dropped, parasailed, snorkeled, tubed, took in shows, beached it, pooled it, played games, enjoyed staff interactions and even did a photo shoot. Not a single complaint. Not even so much as a 'meh' incident. If you want luxurious fun, great food, fabulous staff, and beautiful surroundings, this is your resort. Already dreaming of our next visit. Based on the many banners celebrating honeymoons, birthdays, weddings and return visitors, I think many would agree this is a resort worth returning to.

Best overall vacation experience !!
Friendly staff, great food and entertainment and beautiful lobby. Plenty of beach and pool activities as well. Manuel in the patio bar is like family. He remembers us now for three straight years !! We will be back for a 4th straight year in 2026 !

Always an Amazing Experience
Our 6th visit to Majestic Elegance was nothing short of awesome. There are so many good things to say about this property, not the least of which are the resort layout, the rooms, the food selection and, most of all, the collegiality and friendliness of the staff and guests. It's like visiting family. Our butler was Orlando. I can't say enough good things about him. We are not high maintenance, but he was sure to help us whenever asked, and he made a point to pay personal visits to us twice a day just to make sure we were doing ok. Future guests would be lucky to have Orlando -- he's a special guy. And kudos to all the staff -- Maxima, Anyelina, "William", all the bartenders, restaurant servers, the Funjestic entertainment team, and the staff who keep the outdoor Club areas so tidy and clean, including the bathrooms. And a very special shout out to our housekeeper, Laura, in Building C. She was so friendly, meticulous and attentive. We will be back next year for our 7th visit. If you are giving some thought to choosing the Majestic Elegance Punta Cana as your next vacation destination, don't overthink it -- just book it and go! It's an incredible place at a great value.

Best vacation ever!
Majestic Elegance was fantastic! The food, the beach, the rooms especially the service. They are not shy pouring drinks either. Angelina, William, Francesca, and Santa were over the top in service! We will definitely be coming back next year!
