9 Doors Japanese restaurant is located on the ground floor of the lobby and is divided into the sushi bar and Teppanyaki area. In the Sushi Bar you will find an excellent and elaborate selection of sushi and 8 Teppanyakis, with capacity for 10 people and six sittings per day, you can have a real experience of show cooking whilst enjoying Japanese cuisine.
Table Reservation are required for teppanyaki. No reservation required for the Sushi Bar.

The Asadito Steak House specializes in grilled meats and open fire grilling, accompanied by delicious and traditional side dishes along with exclusive wines from the spectacular wine cellar

In a typically Italian atmosphere, the restaurant Il Botaccio offers a dinner service with the best and most representative dishes of Italian cuisine. In addition, during the morning and midday, Il Botaccio opens its doors to Elegance Club customers to serve breakfast and for an a la carte lunch. Restaurant will remain open for breakfast and lunch, exclusively for guests staying at the Elegance Club (Adults only 18+ section).

We had the best time during our stay at Majestic Elegance. We were a part of the Elegance Club and our butler Karin was very helpful. He was there everyday of our stay and would even find us and make sure all of our needs were met for the day. We would definitely stay here again.

Good can be better! Not what past reviews say.
Good, relaxing. I read 2 books. VIP NO KIDS This was a relaxing trip the facility was great, food good, hospitality great however too boring at VIP club and too loud with stupid games at main pool (but there were kids at the main pool). Food was good although there is no quicky place for lunch. There is supposed to be to be a 24 h place it’s imposing open on weekends. FOOD WAS SALTY everywhere. Delicious breads, pastries!!! The beach has waves if you like them. You can snorkel off shore, you will see fish, but the current was strong so we had to walk back. But this was a treat! We didn’t have to pay for a trip!! The music at the VIP CLUB needs to be more of a variety. Yes, we enjoyed the Spanish music but it was the entire week of Spanish music (which we are not fluent in). I found it to be more of a quieter pool. It is a big pool so you can get the best of both worlds (Spanish music or quiet). Shout out to Isxxael and Ronny for always making the best drinks at the VIP Pool Bar and keeping up with my husband beer!! But please change up the music -- even if in later part of afternoon! You would give us one song of Michael Jackson and that’s it. Music is half the fun! Jesus at VIP Pool Bar - what a professional worker! He always went above and beyond to make sure you are happy! Clean towels for you every AM - rolled up on the cabana, or laid out on the chairs. He made sure you were happy!! HIGH FIVE for that man! Thank you Jesus!! Hope you caught a lot of fish on your days off!! Henry and Ricardo were helpful too! ANTHONY (waiter/busser) in the restaurants (Big Buffet and Steak House) was very attentive to us! Always made sure our drinks were plenty and food service was great! In the AM - a great deep voice with a good morning and high five!! We had a butler GUZMAN he was great. We are simple and don’t have to go above or beyond but he ALWAYS checked in a few times a day. He was a pleasure to see everyday It’s a nice place. I’ve been to better though. I won’t return.

Just returned from a wonderful two weeks - our third stay at Majestic Elegance. As usual, it was a great vacation. Beautiful resort that is very clean. Beautiful beach and pool area. Many thanks to out butler, Richard, for making our stay so great. If you are going club level, ask for Richard!

Another Special Week with Family and Friends!
We had yet another fantastic week at Majestic Elegance PC!! Our Butler, Arling Amador, provided our entire group of 14(!) with all the attention we needed to have a memorable experience. We have had Arling partner with us for many years now and he is always proactive in making restaurant/spa reservations along with anything else we need to enjoy our stay. Arling truly cares and is a terrific ambassador for MEPC!! We spend most of our time around the Club Pool bar and the whole crew there is friendly, fun and accommodates all of our drink requests. Thank you to Anyelina, Maxima, Santa, Francisca, Layder, and Marialena!! A special shout out to Joel Samuel, who was around the Club Pool and Beach starting at sunrise every day! Joel brought us towels first thing and checked in on us regularly to see if we needed anything. His outgoing personality added to our everyday experience. Ismael at the Club Swim-up Bar took great care of us when we took a field trip over there. We had a romantic dinner on the beach(for 6 lol) and Carlos Pourieret did an amazing job of taking care of all of us, especially when it started to rain! Thank you, Carlos! It’s always a pleasure to see Roberto and the whole crew at the Lobby Bar! We finish our evenings off there and Roberto has an impressive memory for what we like and is always up for creating something special for us as a night cap. We had a great time at the Plaza bar as well as the Piano bar!! The staffs at the Italian, French, Hibachi and Steakhouse were all very friendly and attentive. Carlos at the Steakhouse was a lot of fun! The team at the spa took awesome care of us one morning. The animation crew was a lot of fun during the foam parties! Lastly, we appreciate how well the housekeeping crew took care of our rooms every day. Thank you!! It was a week that we didn’t want to end. Can’t wait to get back! Thank you, everyone at Majestic Elegance!!!

Punta Cana - Fabulous Vaca
We stayed at the Majestic Elegance Resort Club Level. The Resort was beautiful & well maintained. The rooms, restaurants, bars & pools were super clean. ALL Staff members were friendly & eager to please - especially the bar tenders & restaurant servers. We felt like valued vacationers. The restaurants offered a variety of dining options - food was delicious & presented well. Our Butler Karin checked in with us frequently to make sure all of our needs were met. He did an outstanding job! This is our 2nd visit to Majestic - we will be back. I highly recommend this Resort to anyone who is looking for an exceptional stay in beautiful Punta Cana.
