Majestic Resorts has recently improved our kids club which is called the Splash Kids Club and offers a wide variety of entertainment for kids. Our highly trained staff will take care of the small ones needs, making this a special and unforgettable vacation.
Located on beautiful grounds with its own pools including one with slides, sport games, Nintendo’s, mini disco and TV programs are just some of the activities the young will enjoy.

We had an awesome time! Francisco our butler was phenomenal. Very helpful and very organized. Rafi, Juan, Victor, Caeser, Joel, and Jennifer were great bartenders. They were very friendly and very attentive to all the customers. All in all, I would come back 100%! Excellent resort and wonderful time

This is the second time we've visited the Majestics and the experience remains consistent. The food was really good for an AI, the drinks as well. The service was on par with what we're used to in the Dominican. My one big, but petty gripe is (management pay attention) the lack of Dominican flair. If you want a resort that feels like it's in Florida, this would be the one. If there had been more of the culture infused into the resort via food and music it would have gotten 5 stars. The music in all of the restaurants and common areas (even one day at the pool bar) are piano remakes of old rock hits, the DJ played white people wedding music every night... It was kind of a bummer. So maybe bring some of the Dominican back to this resort. The entertainment staff are amazing. They're energetic and fun. The evening shows are mostly good. The circus night was actually pretty impressive. Our room was clean. The bed was comfortable, but the AC was not...great. it was very very humid and had an off and on musty swamp smell. But it wasn't something we couldn't get past. Next time we will ask for a dehumidifier, and if that doesn't help we'll probably just ask for a different room. Overall we had a wonderful time and will absolutely be back.

Relaxing Trip in February 2025
Arrived Feb 12, 2025. Used Go Majestic for round trip from airport, very east. Check in at hotel was easy also. We had Cesar as our butler, he was excellent. We had room service meals which some were very good, Caesar salad, wings, hamburger to name a few. Jeorge came a couple of times and he was very accommodating. We ate at the Seaside restaurant the first night. We had the shrimp tempura and lobster, it was okay but good. Next night we ate at the French restaurant and the Chateaubriand was very good. Next we ate at the seafood night at the Marketplace. Food was okay, not impressed. Next night we ate at the Japanese restaurant off the menu and the food was good. Next we had the Italian restaurant, the eggplant parmigiana and the spaghetti was very good. One day we had the beach bbq and it was good. The chicken was a little dry, but hamburger was good. We also had the romantic dinner and the food was just okay. It was the lobster and steak. Steak was good. It did take a long time to get for the whole dinner. We did the Steakhouse and had the tenderloin, very good. We went to the coffee house many times for ice cream and desserts, very good. Maria, Analissa and Yeny were very friendly! We also did the couples massage, very good! The staff Nicauri, Dasne, Ricardo and Melisse, (hope I spelled their names correctly) were excellent. We also did the casino. We play a little, but we like the Roulette. The shows were pretty good, Michael Jackson and The CIrcus were the best. I have been to The Mirage many times and the people are always very friendly and accommodating. We got to know Elena, the manager, who is very friendly remembers us! She has a very good memory and is a people person. With her in charge, that carries over to her staff. All her staff are friendly and accommodating. We always say if you ask for something, they will find a way to get it done! They have so many people that were excellent, I wish I could remember their names, but everyone is friendly. We really enjoy The Mirage and will be back.

Excellent experience!
Excellent experience! Beautiful beach, lots of fun, nice accommodations. I can’t say enough. They go out of their way to make sure you are having a great time. I highly recommend the Majestic Resorts. @Mayelin Orlainy Zapata was super fun and made our night!

A majestic experience
We spent here our Honeymoon. The place itself is magic! Luxurious rooms and so many services offered. Any time we were having an issue the staff was promptly helping us. Very nice customer service in general but we have to mention especially our butler Cesar who really made the difference during our stay! Thanks Majestic Mirage
