Very nice resort! Rooms are very nice! The food in the specialty restaurants was very good. Buffet was ok. Some foods were cold. The pool and beach were very nice! Our maid was very good about replacing used towels after we left a note in Spanish about what we needed. Now the cons: Check in needs to be improved. Because of being in the club, check in was suppose to be quick! It’s not!!!!! After traveling all day the last thing you want to do is sit in a room a wait for someone to address you! It was almost one hour for the whole process! When taking a shower, the water would run under the door, so we used our bathrobes to catch the water. Have beverages in the rooms but no ice! There are ice machines on all floors! First day I was able to get ice, the rest of the week the machines were not working! We were on the second floor, my husband had to go to the fourth floor to find ice! First day, got beach towels on way to the beach, no problem! Next “5 “ days, they never had towels! Didn’t make any effort to get us any! Once again, my husband had to walk over to the other mirage club room to get towels! I would hope they work on these issues! We will probably give the Mirage another try!!!

This is the best Hotel ever ! This is our second time here ! We live everything about it ! But especially our special man Bolivar who helped us throughout our journey discovering this beautiful country once again. Please ask for Bolivar if you go there !!!

Always the best place to go for a relaxing vacation
This hotel is amazing we always have a blast when we visit, the staff is amazing Yelitza in the check in amazing and very professional in the steak restaurant Luis is the best always ready to serve you with great costumer service and helpful with everything you need yimbu and Francisco at the pool bar made our best drinks Milady at the café español best barista ever and always with a smile :)

Fantastitic All-Inclusive in Punta Cana
Magestic Mirage has a beautiful beach, relaxing pools, and plentiful bars. All the staff we encountered were very caring and attentive. Special thanks to Naftaly and Stacy at the Marketside buffet lunch who always checked in on us when we visited. Marketside buffet was our fave due to their variety of tasty food. It has an international food focus. This is an ideal place for families, groups of friends, and couples to relax and enjoy tranquility. This was an excellent all-inclusive resort experience and I look forward to coming back again with extended family in the future.

Majestic Mirage is just Magical!
Returned for our 4th visit to Majestic Mirage. When I say we love it here, that is an understatement. The resort is beautiful, the food is very good but the people make this place magical and are who I really want to talk about. I will start with Elvis Almonte. He is our butler every visit, we request him and are honored that he accepts our request each time. He takes care of anything and everything we might need but more importantly he has become a dear friend. His smile outshines the sun, and his heart is as big as the ocean. He has made this trip so perfect for many reasons. Saying that Elvis ALWAYS makes our visits magical. Thank you Elvis my friend, we appreciate you. I highly recommend asking for him if you get the opportunity to visit. There are so many others that deserve recognition, Charly Rojo my beautiful friend who makes the best Long Island iced teas in the DR, AnaMaria and Naomi who greet us with hugs and smiles for breakfast, lunch and dinner, Rosa our amazing house keeper , the infamous Juan Bernardo who make sure we have fresh beach towels and chats with us every day, Miquela our beautiful cocktail server in the evenings and the amazing baristas at the coffee shop. Seriously I could go on and on, there are so many fabulous people who work here. They make you feel like familia and that you are home and never want to leave.
