Nice hotel. Its minutes away from the central. The resort has alot of choices of food and drinks. Would definitely recommend both resorts. Had alot of fun in the aqua park and everybody is very helpful. They have the best cigar lounge with many choices of cigars.

Jan 05, 2025WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!
Terrible service. We chose the hotel because it was said it was one of the best in Curaçao, but it is being a terrible experience. I'm doing this evaluation while I'm still staying and if I can say anything for you it's DON'T STAY IN THIS HOTEL. The attendants are EXTREMELY rude and rude. Restaurants lack food, especially in the la cartes. It doesn't matter if you make a reservation, there are no dishes and no one does anything about it. Nobody respects the queues and the employees when we complain instead of taking action end up being even more rude. I had my glasses stolen at the hotel in a place where there were only employees and no one did anything about it. Not to mention that at the hotel, even though it's all inclusive, they even charge tents that you stay to protect from the rain. An absurdity. I've stayed in several hotels around the world, and I've certainly never had such a negative experience like this. When we arrived at the bar to ask for a drink, the employee was "flirting" with a guest and we told her to go to another bar. Choose another destination, but don't come here. Have love for your money and go enjoy somewhere else!

Jan 05, 2025Good all inclusive at a fair price.
My family and I stayed at Mangrove Beach Corendon All Inclusive Resort. First my complaints, which are small in comparison to the whole stay. I am a long time Hilton Diamond Member. There were very few perks for the Hotel Status. No Room Upgrades, No free or discounted Cabanas, no separate beach areas. I mention these because on previous stays to other Hilton All Inclusive resorts, these were all perks for Being a Diamond Member. One more complaint, They offer free bottled water which is a plus, but no sport drinks to replace electrolytes. Its s hot and humid, so replacing fluids with just water is not enough, especially with vigorous workouts. The food at the buffet and resultants were good, but not great. I did appreciate the International flair in the buffet. Making reservations at the hotel was difficult. We were given a website to reserve a location and time for dinners the website did not work for us and many others. Reservations could only be made after 10am for the same day and next day whether online or in person. A picture is attached showing the line at 10am. Eating at restaurants require a reservation, no walk in allowed. Last complaint, the coffee shop, Pera Lobby Bar and Patisserie, opens at 7am. This should either open at 5am for early risers, or quality and fresh serve-serve coffee made by the night crew should be available for early risers. The location was great, it's about a mile walk to Willemstad. The beach was good for Curacao, but does not compare to other resorts around the world. The customer service was good, but not excellent. Overall, this was a good visit. If you are going to Curacao and are considering an All Inclusive, then choose Mangrove Beach. If you are a Diamond Member and are shopping around, I would choose other places that value hotel status.

We love corendon❤️
I stayed in corendon mangrove a lot of times. This time we stayed at the rif with my daughter, we spend new year there, we went kayak in the mangrove park felt so good in nature and relax. My daughter love there because she can order drinks and food whenever she wants also at midnight. They have activities for the kids. we had a good time. For nye they had a party with live band and nice firework show. Good food also and great service. I will definitely go back over and over again . My daughter said she wish she can live in corendon🤣🤣🤣🤣 we will go again for her birthday this year.

Superb customer service
We meet rhe best person on the property to show us where to eat and around to ser the operations of the property. We will definately be back and get the RAY Xperience again We has so much fun upon meeting him and we were so enetertained wirh spending tine with him on our first day here at the Mangrove And we will definately be back!!!! Thanks Ray
