Currently no beach and no access to the shore following recent storm damage. My wife and I love swimming in the sea and slowly walking along the shore. We were bitterly disappointed but understand circumstances beyond hotel control. Nadia was awesome and arranged 2 sets of day passes to a sister hotel with a beach and access. We are celebrating our ruby wedding 40yrs and this greatly enhanced our experience. Nadia took ownership of our problem and sorted it brilliantly with great empathy. Fantastic customer care. Many thanks. The hotel in all other regards is excellent. Great ambience, great interior design, great service, great staff, great room. Best of all customer care from Nadia

GLOW GIRL RETREAT
Entertainment was great! Food and service is great! Angle, Mariel, part of the entertainment team, I love this resort, because I’m Jimmy Buffet fans, I love the service of Ismer our waitress pool area. Will definitely 💯 be back!!!! GLOW ON

A really great adults only vacation
This is a beautiful, new resort. It's extremely clean and although it does not have beach access, the property is beautiful and you can still have an ocean view from the majority of the rooms. The lobby bar is awesome - really great cocktails and super fast and friendly service - Kudos especially to Luis, but the whole team is just amazing. Mariel is the best butler we've had in a long time - she is just a true professional. She's calm, service oriented and a problem-solver. We had some issues during our stay and she was always super accountable even when the other teams and management around her seemed to fail and drop the ball. We had issues with food consistency - the steakhouse quality was poor (we had better steak at the sports bar), steaks weren't properly cooked and the quality of the cuts was subpar. The "Meat sommelier" (I believe it was Juanito) was extremely unprofessional and had no idea what he was doing. Generally the food quality is not what you'd expect for this caliber hotel - it is inconsistent, they are often out of ingredients and you could order the same dish from one day to the next and get something totally different. Rooms are well appointed - we had a swim up room which was just the best. Housekeeping staff is top notch! We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely return - hopefully they'll do some work to train their cooks on quality and consistency, and that they'll keep their food supply on track so that the menu items match what is on the menu.

Outstanding Vacation
Just finished a 7 day vacation . This is our second time at Margaritaville. We just enjoy this resort so much. Relaxing, great food and the staff are friendly and helpful. Our butlers Enrique and Joaquin made sure we had the best vacation. They were helpful knowledgeable and always available to us. They were first rate. On our next vacation we will ask for them.
