    Margaritaville does it all.

    This resort exceeded our expectations in every regard. The property is clean and the staff are very friendly, they go out of their way to make your vacation all that you dreamed of. Being members, our butlers Karen R. and Mariela were on a mission to attend to our every need. They were in constant communication either by text or in person. Shout outs to Carlos the outside waiter at Landshark, Diego the brewmaster, Maria P our maid and of course Lia and Laura who provide relaxing massages at the St. Somewhere spa. The food was great, best onion rings ever at Landshark. We have no suggestions, keep up the amazing service. See you next year! Fins Up!!

    Beautiful Property, Excellent Service

    As a first time visitor to Mexico, I finally got to see why people rave about the Mayan Riviera region. We were here with 4 other couples in late March, and we were treated to beautiful, hot daytime temperatures, and comfortable evenings in the low 20s. This resort is fairly recently built, and it still has a clean, fresh, vibrant fell to it. The room itself is spacious and inviting, with a roomy shower stall featuring a fantastic rain-shower head, ample hot water and great pressure. One thing we had to adapt to was the in-room mini fridge: it’s stocked regularly with bottled water, but other beverages need to be obtained from the Joe Merchant shop, using points given to guests at check-in. We stocked up on some beers, but just obtained any other beverages from the property bars. No problem here. Room service is available 24/7 Reliable free Wifi around the property. More than enough bar options. Service everywhere was fantastic. We received notably good service from: Gabino, who does food and drink service. Maximilliano, also in food and drink, Daniel, at the Boat House omelette station, and Sonia, in housekeeping. The most obvious drawback to this resort is the lack of beach. There was no usable shoreline during our stay. We prefer poolside R&R, tho, and there was plenty of pool options for us to enjoy, more than enough seating and lots of ledge space. The two a la carte dining rooms exceeded my expectations, providing good food and very attentive service. 4 out of 5 stars, with the only detractor being the lack of beach.

    Wonderful Stay!

    The resort was very relaxing. We were reluctant about whether or not we had made the right choice when we arrived because there was no beach and the resort was small. It grew us very quickly and we realized it was all that we needed. Our butlers, Enrique and Armando, were the best! They were constantly in touch with us and always a text away if we needed assistance. They helped to make our anniversary/vacation enjoyable. The food was good and the spa was excellent. We would definitely do it again.

    Beautiful

    Very good stay for 4 nights, friendly, happy and best service from Enrique and Joaquin. Always ready to help you and assist in anything need it! When you go and visit ask for them!! Food delicious, staff friendly and rooms are amazing 👏 will visit again!

    Fun in Paradise

    Absolutely incredible vacation!! The resort was so beautiful and perfectly maintained. The people all were so kind, personable, and skilled in all that they did. Our butlers (Armando, Enrique, and Joaquin) were on top of every detail from updating us on the many available activities at the resort to taking care of our every need. Customer service is a priority at the resort as was evidenced by how we were supported. Sergio Gonzales, our pool server at the 5 O'clock Somewhere pool ensured we never wanted for a drink. He was fun to talk with, responsive, and incredibly quick despite the crowds and temps. Erick, our server at the License to Chill restaurant was fantastic and a wonderful person! We ate there 5 times and we ensured that Erick was our server each time. Overall, an incredible experience and one we look forward to repeating in the near future!!
