We had our private dinner and the service from Jasmill was OUTSTANDING. Great personality, easy to deal with. Thank you for making our anniversary dinner wonderful!! To the breakfast team, Noel, Roberto, Antony, Marcelo always made us feel welcome and had the capuccinos, mimosas already ready each morning! Thank you for making our mornings wonderful! As for the pool butler, Charly took care of us day in and day out. He is a great addition to the team! Thank you Charly! As for the daytime entertainment, Nicole, Angelo, Metzli and Mariel were great all 9 days of our visit. They keep everyone moving, engaged and having a great time! They are well liked by so many! Daniel and Bryan were very professional at the members wine tasting dinner. Great service! Thank-you. To our butler's, Frida and Issac were TOP NOTCH. They took care of all our needs and wants and didn't blink an eye. They were nice to talk to and I will miss them. Thank you so very much and hope to see you soon. Thank you to all the staff here..ALL OF YOU deserve to be mentioned by name.

Recharged and splurged at Margaritaville Riviera Maya
The Margaritaville all-inclusive ADULTS ONLY resort in Puerto Morales, Mexico was a fun experience. Great staff, amazing food and bottomless drinks! Their gym was clean and had most everything at your local gym. Shout out to our butlers!

Leave your troubles behind they do it all for you
We had an amazing time. Our pool bartender Sergio, Erik that served us amazing tacos and drinks at lunch, MrsNicole the activities lady and our butlers Armondo,Enrique and Joaquin made this the best vacation we have had in years. We will definitely becoming back

The way a vacation should be … every one caters yo your needs !
I had the best time at the margaritavile in riviera maya, our butlers were amazing… Enrique and Armando were fantastic… housekeeping was amazing and all the staff at the resort were fantastic … just the way a vacation should be , Enrique and Armando made all our reservations for the 10 days and kept us informed with all the activities for each day

Fantastic Resort with a wonderful and staff.
In March 2024 after much deliberation we decided to spend my 70th Birthday at Margaritaville Island Reserve, Riviera Maya. We had such a nice time, we decided to do the same for my 71st this year. Our group is my wife, our daughter and I. We opted for two of the Luxury Paradise Suites which are well appointed and very comfortable. The king beds were supportive but not hard and have very high-end bedding with the Margaritaville parrot logo embroidered into the sheets. We had asked for neighboring rooms, but upon our arrival we had rooms on different floors. I spoke to Alejandro at the front desk, and he set up a move for all of us the next day. I mentioned the room numbers we had from 2024, and he put us in the same rooms. What excellent customer service. Isaac from bell services greeted us upon our arrival and delivered our baggage to our first rooms, and I requested that he help us again with our move. He did an excellent job of putting the guest first. But, this is only the start for Isaac. Our daughter's room temperature went up to 76 degrees and the A/C wasn’t working. I reached out to the front desk, and they sent someone who said they fixed it. Unfortunately that didn’t happen and when we came back to our rooms at around 10pm it was 76 again. A maintenance man came up to fix it, but once again to no avail. He said he'd be back in ten minutes with a part, but that was the last we saw of him. The walls were actually turning different colors because the humidity was so high they were sweating. So our daughter stayed with my wife that night and I stayed in her room until I couldn’t take it and moved out to her balcony. The next morning I went down to the front desk, while waiting I bumped into Isaac and told him what was happening. He said, don’t worry, we’ll get that fixed and fixed correctly. He went and came back with our Island Ambassador, Johan. He couldn’t have been nicer nor more competent in his role. We mentioned we would be outside sunning at the pool after breakfast. He said he’d find us once things were fixed. Two or three hours later Johan found us and said “it’s fixed, and I stayed until I could assure you that it is working correctly”. Our daughter said her room was perfect after this. Isaac also helped us with arranging a cab to take us on an all day sightseeing tour, which was a blast. I also wanted to say a special hello to Nichole (baby shark) one of the outdoor pool activity directors who had a birthday a couple of days before mine and was an absolute joy. My wife and daughter really enjoyed her pool aerobics. The foam party and Mardi Gras parties they had out at the pool were well presented and lots of fun. Last year there wasn’t much fanfare for my milestone birthday and that was kind of a let-down. Of course, just being with my family was more than enough. This year our daughter spoke to a management leader (Claudia) and that made a big difference. They put up a banner on our door and sent a cake to our room. We made reservations for dinner at Frank and Lola’s Italian Restaurant as often as we could. By far and away, the two nicest guys I’ve met at Margaritaville have been Juan Carlos the restaurant manager and Gabriell our server. Our daughter asked them if they could arrange a chocolate cake with vanilla icing and sprinkles for my big day. The resort bakery said they couldn’t accommodate the request. So, Gabriell called his mom and she suggested a bakery in downtown Cancun. Nobody would take credit for getting it, but how wonderful someone did. Then Juan Carlos put us in a small private dining room with a Happy Birthday banner and balloons. Everyone came in to sing Happy Birthday when the cake was presented. This cake was probably the best I’ve ever had. I can’t thank you guys enough, and you two made both my birthday and this ten day stay one of the best I’ve ever had. Eddy, the wood fired pizza chef at Frank and Lola’s made pizzas that I would compare to Via Napoli at Disney’s Epcot Resort. Gabriell is an excellent server -ensuring that every menu item is exactly as ordered. His courtesy is unwavering no matter how many tables he was serving at this very popular restaurant. Juan Carlos kept the restaurant humming and watched over every table with a close eye. He has a highly functioning team, which is the true testimony of an excellent leader. Lastly, I loved the Frank Sinatra and company music playlist and the eclectic styling of this upbeat restaurant. Noel, our server at the Boathouse and License to Chill Bar, did an excellent job with everything. We really enjoyed the Latin and Mexican fiesta special show nights that were put on in the Boathouse. On these nights, local vendors bring their wares to sell and it’s lots of fun. Just don’t pay the first asking price, you need to barter the price down. This is a great place for some presents to take home so you never have to leave the resort. Breakfast buffet was my favorite and had a special order station with omelets, eggs and waffles to order. Lunch and dinner buffets were good as well, with Sergio the short order chef working on the Blackstone grill. Sergio is an excellent chef and explained everything available to eat, some of which was cooked right there before you. Food and entertainment at The Land Shark Brewery & Grill was great, and our evening server Lara was wonderful. The Salted Rim is centrally located at the entrance to the hotel and is a classy cocktail lounge that’s welcoming with its Key West styling and bartenders that can whip up something for everyone. The 24/7 room service menu is extensive and service is quick and friendly. You’ll never be left wanting for delicious food at this resort. Joe Merchant's Coffee & Provisions seems to be a work in progress trying to find a balance in supplying the rooms with beer, snacks and soda using points that you are allotted when you check in. Last year, they had a lot more choices of items you could use your points on. The lady who worked at the desk there said things were in the process of changing again shortly. So, I guess we’ll wait and see. Margaritaville is just the right size and vibe for our family. It’s located at the end of a long road and off the beaten track, so you feel quite removed from the hustle and bustle of the Cancun Hotel Zone. I highly recommend and look forward to spending my 72nd birthday at this Margaritaville. And once again thanks Juan Carlos and Gabriell for making this such a special day for myself and family. Mike
