It was awsome and best experience ever!! ❤️❤️😍😍 Best service ever !! This resort offers a truly exceptional experience with its stunning location, luxurious accommodations, and outstanding service. The rooms are spacious and well-appointed, with breathtaking views. Dining options are diverse and delicious, catering to all tastes, while the range of activities and amenities, including a world-class spa and fitness center, ensures there's something for everyone. The Christmas setting and the music was really good and it might the experience very festive.
We had a great time at the resort, the food was excellent and the poolside entertainment was so much fun. Angel and Regina made sure we had a blast. The land shark was a great time for night life and they had excellent drinks. We would recommend for anyone to stay.

Fabulous resort
We had a fabulous 7 days - rooms were new and clean, service was exceptional and the pools had lots of chairs to choose from. While there isn’t a beach for sitting there are stairs to go to the ocean for a swim. Shout out to Eduardo who was the best waiter at Land Shark Brewery.

Excellente!!!
We had a great stay! The resort is bright, colorful and cheery with a fun atmosphere. Very clean and modern! The staff was great. We want to brag on a few which assisted us during our stay. Mariel and Enrique were our assigned butlers and provided top notch service. They were extremely accommodating and quick to respond to our requests. They both went above and beyond to take care of us. Carlos, our pool butler, made sure to reserve us a Bali bed each day. Not only was he available in the members lounge, he would come check on us throughout the day. Great service and great guy! Jorge and Noel were our favorite waiters. They were very energetic and accommodating. Jorge asked our names the first day, remembered them and called us by name every day thereafter. Isaac, the night room service attendant, brought us coffee, fruit and pastries every morning before his shift ended. He was extremely friendly and it is obvious that he is a sincerely kind-hearted young man. Daniel, one of the waiters who brought us drinks at the pool, was so fun and made us laugh. Regina with entertainment was friendly and good at encouraging guests to participate in activities. We will definitely be back!

Dec 22, 2024MY WORST HOTEL EXPERIENCE EVER!! DO NOT I REPEAT DO NOT BOOK!
TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE! Got charged 280USD$ for being sick in the bed even though I am pretty sure I got sick from the hotel food. They overserved me WAY too much alchool on top of that. By law, the hotel are liable for the damages as their bartenders are the ones who overserved me and thus were responsible of watching me under I was completely sober. They rush to make you sign a liability form without giving you the chance to read it. One night, there was people screaming in the halls and I called to the lobby to complain and I never got ahold of anyone. The rooms are always cold even after setting your desired room temperature. The shower does not have a door which I find very idiotic as I had to lay numerous towels on the ground to absorb the water leaking. My balcony sliding door did not lock, it did when you first locked it but when you pulled a bit on the door it would eventually open. (Big security risk with the other balconies with other people right on the same level so people could break-in easily). One day, they had a foam party in the main pool, most of that foam was going straight into the beach even though they claim to be "environmentally friendly". Front desk staff do not show any empathy, very passive aggressive, (spoke to Nadia and Izri) they just want you to put your hand in your wallet. The music at the main pool get repetitive very quickly, mostly American music too, barely heard any local Mexican music. If you are young and have any valuables on your person (cap, watch) be prepared for the bartenders to harrass you into selling your item at a very low price. So, as you can see, my trip with Margaritaville Island Reserve Riviera Maya was horrible, did not have a good time at all. This is my first and last time with any Margaritaville branded hotel. I wouldn’t even recommend to my worst enemies.
