Crazy 4 Cabo ‘25!
The service staff is amazing. The bartenders (Noel - Aqua Bar, Thomas - Sky Bar) were the best - always making sure we had everything we wanted. Hugo our pool entertainment was so much fun. The servers and staff at breakfast each day were absolutely on top of everything, best service. The view of the marina either lower level or Sky Bar is like no other. And, most of all, we met amazing travelers from many places. THANK YOU to everyone for a special week!

our stay
Over all it was good. The concierge and car people were great. very friendly and helpful. The cleaning staff was good. The problem for us was it was usually around 4 before they came. He were not really happy with hot tub. Very, very hot and always had hair and gunk floating . Disappointing. Not sure about the grocery stores. When you first walk in they great you and say they are there to help. They are really there to sell you excursions. Enough! Then there is a club that plays music until about 4 am every night. Pretty sick of that too.

Hotel was amazing
Front desk with managing the arrival and departure to the airport need to get some training. I checked to make sure I was set for departure a day before. When I went to check out it was a mess. Both girls were very unfriendly and my bill was printed and reprinted several times. I still am not sure it is right.

Awesome time…. And you pay for it.
Everything was good…. Price was too high. Pool was nice. Service at the pool was way too slow…. I would have spent a hell of a lot more money if the service was faster

Euro plan was the right option for us
Stayed for a week in mid January. Booked the European plan and a 1 bedroom suite. Arrival is met by an aggressive rep who told us the hotel was at capacity and offered to upgrade us to their sister property and an all inclusive option. Having done my research I knew this was the old “bait and switch” to an older property. We stood firm on our decision and said no! After an uncomfortable few minutes, we were then moved to stage 2, the time share push. We were handed a few brochures and shown a map of the property…my husband did t even sit down, not interested…after 5 minutes of no we are not interested and no I don’t want to come for a presentation and free breakfast we were released to finally check in. That was the end of our time in the lobby, we avoided these ladies in the navy suits the rest of the week. We got exactly what we booked room wise. Spotless! Clean linens, towels, it was very comfortable. Good bed too. Coffee maker is basket style in the kitchen. They will charge you for coffee, we had prepared and brought our own coffee and filters. No dish soap in the kitchen, or dish cloth. We used a face cloth and body wash for the dishes. Water, Beer and pop in the fridge is at a charge, we fired it all in the bottom drawer and bought our own supplies. Grocery store 10 min walk in the big mall. Ladies…no hair conditioner and the toilet paper is very scented. I would pack a few rolls of my own TP if I would have known. Kitchen is well equipped we used dishes but did not cook. Portions at the pool restaurant are generous and the service is excellent. The mayo is actually refrigerated and food safety was well practised. Pool loungers have the best pads we have had ever. No issue with getting a spot, there were always open chairs. Pool is clean and heated. Nice huge towels are available at the pool area, no cards, just sign out. No one appeared to be keeping track. On checkout, you will be charged 5$ US a day for maid service. We refused the charge as we did not get our room cleaned…not that hard to make a bed and there are lots of towels in the room. Nickel and dime for everything. The hotel removed the charge as requested. There is some kind of environmental fee when checking out that is municipal. You can pay in pesos or charge. We would stay again but Cabo is just too busy for us.
