    When your here, your family.

    This is our 3rd visit now to Marival and we absolutely love it!! One of our favorite parts is the staff. This go around, Elian was the absolute best. The attention he gave to each and every person was phenomenal. Every day we were there, he made it feel like we were the only family. This is the reason we keep coming back. The personal connections we make with the staff (who are like family at this point).

    Excelente servicio

    Excelente servicio, el mesero Jesús de lemon grass súper atento. Todo estaba muy limpio, nadie te exige que te salgas de la alberca a pesar de estar 15 min después del horario establecido. Me la pasé súper agusto. Gracias por su atención. Deben incluir café descafeinado que no sea soluble

    Great staff

    Saul was a big help when we needed some assistance with an injury needing a doctor. He followed up with us the next day, made a big effort with our son to make him feel special, and always had a smile on his face. Very knowledgeable in first aid and helping with our medical needs!

    Exception service from Capitano Orlando!

    We had an incredible stay! Our favourite spot to eat is Lemmon Grass and always had exceptional service from Capitano Orlando. He was funny, friendly, gracious and always made an effort with our son! The food was incredible. Our favourite spot- the Vietnamese Rolls!

    Marital Distinct! Saul was amazing as well!

    Service was excellent. Food is amazing. Cocktails were amazing. Rooms were clean and large and fridge was always stocked! Saul helped us totally learn the layouts and answered our every question. It wasn’t too loud at the pool ever and overall had a nice relaxing vibe.
