Check-in Policy:
Hotel requires a credit/debit card authorization or cash deposit upon check-in for incidentals; this will place a hold on your funds.
Convention Policy:
Individuals attending a convention cannot book this property for their stay. If found attending a convention, guests may be subject to higher room rates upon arrival.
Hotel Spring Break Policy:
This hotel cannot guarantee a spring-break-free environment.
Transfer Policy:
A price may display when children stay free, if your vacation includes transfer to your hotel.
General Information:
Room taxes and service fees are included in vacation price. Minimum night stay restrictions may apply. Reservation changes may not be permitted unless authorized by the hotel. Rates are exclusive to US residents.
Service Charges: Room service of $5 USD per order.
This does not affect our stocking of the mini fridges which continues to be daily on a complimentary basis with bottled water, soft drinks, and beer.

PLEASE CALM DOWN EVERYONE - marival emotions
hello everyone, i am a loyal guest at marival emotions, i actually consider myself the canadian ambassador and have been going for 16 years, at times 3 times a year and i first wanted to tell everyone, PLEASE PLEASE CALL DOWN with all the negative reviews lately about the construction / renos that are taking place at marival emotions please be aware that there is no slow period at marival emotions as it is an awesome place to holiday either alone or with your family, therefore there is no ideal time for construction / renos, please remember that renovations are not ideal when they occur at the same time you are there holidaying, but do know that once the renovations have been completed, they are for everyone to enjoy and i'm sure they will be a huge benefit to all i am not saying that the complaints are invalid, i could say that marival emotions are a little guilty of not advertising the renovations by putting them on their website and giving people the "heads-up" on what to expect upon their arrival, but it's not the entire resort being renovated and the management are doing their best at accommodating the guests that being said, the marival emotions choice of renovating should NOT have any impact on the actual resort, nor should frustrations be taken out on the amazing staff, berenice, the front desk manager has always given me the utmost respect, mariette & jasmine are fantastic concierges and do a great job, rooms are comfortable & clean, the grounds are always being maintained and the STAFF are absolutely amazing, in fact, the best staff i have ever encountered at, let along an all inclusive but any resort i've been to if you could let go of the minor disappointment and enjoy what the resort had to offer i'm sure you will have an amazing time as i do each time i come to my 2nd home please take time to have a drink in the volaré bar and say hello to the always delightful dalia, she will remember your name and always serve you your favourite beverage with a smile if you should spend time at the adult pool, alijandra is exceptional, carrying 2 full trays of drinks and always serves with her terrific smile of course all my favourite bartenders at la piazzetta and the mira mar pool bar always contribute to why i love marival and look forward to coming back there are people that just love to complain, complain at a 5 star resort, complain at a michelin restaurant, so kindly take all negative reviews with a grain of salt and put that grain on salt around your favourite margarita and enjoy your holiday at marival emotions

Lacking ice cream and guacamole
Once again, ice cream and guacamole in very limited supply. Hard to find. Bring your own. Otherwise, the resort is awesome. Been coming here for years. Currently, Center block under major renovations. 3 restaurants and martini bar temporarily closed. To be finished in December 2024. They gave made good alternative accommodations. Noise is minimal and not an issue. Marival Emotions: you have a wonderful spot in a great location. Your staff are excellent. Please get more ice cream and guacamole. Thank you.

Great experience, Alejandro is the best! Wonderful service and friendly staff. Always attentive to all our needs. He remembers our drink orders and brings them as we sit! Very personable, and great teacher to learn Spanish. Hasta luego mi amigo!

FAVORITE WAITER. Great service and very friendly. Was always there to serve us and was constantly asking if we need drinks or anything else. Made our trip very enjoyable and made us feel at ease at all times. Was our main waiter at th buffet. Loved it!

Dalia y Roger at Bar Volare were incredible! We had the best time with them for daily happy hour. They were so kind, quick, and truly went the extra mile to quench our thirst. We would go back just to get more time with them :) p.s. The blended mango margarita was out of this world.
