  Great place!

  Pool is fun, great atmosphere! Food is delicious! The games are fun! Dancing with the stars wa a great evening show! Jehu was really nice at the pool game, really fun, we gonna come back every year and enjoy this beautiful place congrats for al the animation team!

  Good for families but lacking.

  The resort was large and nice. It was spring break so it was busy. We upgraded to a one-bedroom suite with our 4 and 6-year-old and stayed for a week from Canada. Pros: -great kids club with some great activities, baking class, treasure hunt, dress up, mini golf and the best was the Friday night kids beach party with face painting and a kids DJ on the beach. The kids club workers made our kids feel like celebrities and deserve a raise. -good kids options for most events -kids' water slides and pool. -daily ice cream station with two flavours (they need more chocolate!) -many different pools including an adults-only pool. -fairly easy to get pool chairs. -we got a free day coupon for the Mai Tai beach club and this was the highlight of the trip! Cabana for the day and the fish tacos at the Mai Tai grill were the best food I ate at the resort. -the best all-inclusive restaurant food was Amalfi hands down. Cons: Terrible system to try and get an a la carte restaurant reservation. They reserve for three days at a time and I waited 2.5 hours to reserve. -the shows are too late for the kids -9 pm. Which meant we didn't see them. -The food was okay. What we really missed which we looked forward to was chips and Pico De Gallo salsa and thick guac. We couldn't find it in the buffet at all, the beach grill had it but the guac was terrible! We ate off-resort a couple of times which was better. -the upgraded suite was a waste of money. The pull-out couch was hard as a rock, and they never restocked beer or the Nespresso pods. I called daily to get them delivered so I could have coffee. -coffee wasn't easily accessible as there was no coffee bar, just the terrible Starbucks. Don't waste your money! - the gym was outdated, and not great. They could serve to update this! In all, the resort was big fairly well kept and had decent options. It was good for families with the kids club, but if it was just me and my husband I would go to another resort for food and fewer lines.

  Jehu from animation team we love you, our vacation were amazing, the food was great and we gonna come back next year, the shows wow amazing!!!! Those guys are the best, me and my family really enjoyed this vacation time Also Luis! We love you too

  Good resort, unsure if I'd return

  Our 4th all-inclusive in PV. Not as good as Marival Armony when we stayed in 2019. We stayed in a 2 bedroom, 2 story suite on the Club-side. Room was ok. Elevator broke on day 3 of an 8 day stay and was not fixed when we left. Food was hit and miss, mostly a miss but some meals were great. The sign-up process for A-la-carte restaurants is ridiculous - I've never experienced such a disorganized process and long line. Communication around events, when certain amenities were open/closed, was not great. Most of the staff did a great job. Shout out to Dalia and Ernesto in the Volare lobby bar - they did a great job. I've stayed in better and worse all-inclusives - but considering what we paid - I expected a little more.

  Marival Emotions resort in Nuevo Vallarta

  This was our 3rd time at this resort and I cannot say anything bad about it, from services, food, cleanness everything was great. The beach is amazing and there is room for everyone on the chairs and by the pools( there is a quiet adult pool as well) One negative thing is that recently they allow on Tuesdays and Wednesday guests from Cruises (they are there only for few hours)and they can really disturb your setting on the beach by allowing them to pull long chairs in front of you or even taking away your own long chair if you are not around. That is really upsetting . They do have a membership area where only members are allowed which are half unoccupied. The resort should allow these guests to use these chairs instead of cramping them together with the regular guests. We do want to praise few people for their outstanding services Dalia at the bar Volare, Leonardo from Amalfi, Alejandra from the beach Bar and Jasmine the manager overseeing the bartenders. There many others that I might be missing but all are amazing.
