Nice place. Clean. Large apartment. Staff very helpful and friendly. Buffet breakfast had a good spread and staff was always available. They did arrange for a cab whenever we asked for. Washing machine facility was also available. Wifi facility was good.

Oct 24, 2024Discriminatory and Disrespectful Service – A Horrifying Experience at Marriot
A horrifying experience from the moment we checked in—so many lies and a total lack of respect. I felt utterly discriminated against. We arrived early and were seated with a concierge. We had booked a two-bedroom for three adults and mentioned that five visitors would be coming, with the possibility of one additional person. Concierge immediately shut us down, saying it wasn’t allowed, and went on and on about it. I agreed to leave when the extra person arrived just to avoid the argument. While we were discussing this, another guest cut in, and concierge entertained them right in front of me, completely ignoring that I had been there first—incredibly disrespectful. Then I mentioned that I had requested a smoking room through the booking. She dismissed me again, saying that room had just been given to the person who cut in. I told her I had arrived first, but she clearly didn’t care at all. When I requested another room, she rudely said, “I’m 1000% sure all rooms are booked out, and no one is checking out today, so I can’t give you another room.” Then she told us we’d have to upgrade to a three-bedroom, which we didn’t need and didn’t want to pay extra for. Her attitude was infuriating—we felt extremely discriminated against, like we were being played with and lied to. I finally asked for a refund, but she coldly told us that our booking was non-refundable, without even a hint of kindness or concern. We asked to speak to the manager. After we spoke with him, he immediately gave us another room—the complete opposite of what concierge had said. This experience was beyond disappointing. We will never return to Marriott after such a terrible and discriminatory experience.

Competitive price of Apartment
Excellent Location, 10 mins walk to Al .Rigga Metro station. The concierge staffs and room servicer were so helpful and nice. The Rooms are big and tidy. The apartment I booked have an individual toilet, suitable for family or business trip.

Special thanks to Ahsan from the front desk . Had an amazing stay. Rooms were spacious and clean . Overall a good property to stay at . HK service was on time . Hotel is very close to Dubai creek and has a good view in the evening . Staff is very kind and helpful

Great experience and well worth the stay in Dubai
Near to airport and more calm area of Dubai, 3 bedroom apartment is huge for us family of 7 .. well equipped apartment with washer and dryer which is a plus.. we took the breakfast option and was a great experience.. Zia at the restaurant took great care of us.. will definitely stay here again next tune in Dubai .. highly recommended
