I had a Christmas party at the Westin last night. Just prior to the event I had a wardrobe malfunction. I had to wear an outfit that I was not excited about. When I shared this with the waitress at the lobby bar Ms Sonell Francis took the antler headband she was wearing and handed it to me and said here you go! She’s a rockstar and made my night. Thank you.

Dec 12, 2025Lobby Bar Trip After Kayak Adventure
We went to the Westin for the Nighttime Kayak Tour, which was fun and enjoyable. After the kayaking, we stopped in to the Lobby Bar and sat out by the amazing view. The service was slow and the snacks and drinks were average at best, but at premium prices. It’s a beautiful hotel and the view is spectacular, but the Lobby Bar was a “one and done.” I’d check out their other bar areas instead.

This is an extraordinary property with an outstanding staff.
The Luna bar was my favorite. Staff there was so friendly and fun to hang out with. I got my steps in on the way down to the beach every day and the beach was fabulous as well. I am looking into booking another trip there as soon as I can, as my wife was not able to come with me on this trip. I would highly recommend it to anyone.

Great Pool Bar experience with Melanie - great bartender and very knowledgeable on the Island - hit her up for some tips on what to do while you are visiting. Pablo killed it in the open-air restaurant. Pablo delivered the best service I had in the 10 days there!

The lobby was understandably busy during check-in, as several airline arrivals brought many guests to the property at once. Even with the crowd, the atmosphere remained patient and orderly. Jevon, our check-in host, was exceptional from the moment we stepped up to the desk. He greeted us with a genuine smile, an enthusiastic attitude, and a clear commitment to making sure we had a great experience. He took the time to explain our Marriott elite privileges and made sure we felt welcomed and valued. Although the check-in process took longer than expected due to the volume of guests, interacting with Jevon made it an absolute pleasure. His professionalism and warmth truly set the tone for our stay. A wonderful experience thanks to him.
