Misleading room description
I guess being a Lifetime Titanium Elite member doesn't mean much. Booked a room with an ocean view, and we got a view of the hot tub (maybe you could call it a partial ocean view). I asked Katelyn (Manger) if she could discount the rate for a non ocean view and she said her hands were tied and couldn't do anything at her level. There were no other rooms available because the timeshare folks are all here now. Which is fine except you should not book rooms like this and lead people to believe they're going to get a full ocean like you see in the pictures of the rooms on the website.

Stunning ocean view!
We (me, wife, 17 and 18 y.o. boys) spent a full timeshare week in the Napili Tower (2 br, 2, bath mountain facing unit). We then moved out and moved into an 8th floor, 1 br, 2 bath unit in the Molokai Tower for 2 more nights.... While the unit was smaller, had only a 3/4 kitchen (no range/oven, smallish 3/4 sized fridge) and no in-unit laundry, we wished would could've stayed there an entire week instead of only 2 nights... The difference? We had an ocean-facing unit.... The view was nothing short of spectacular! This was our second time staying in the Molokai Tower within the past year....we stayed there over Spring Break this past March (north facing, 1 br, 2 bath unit with a partial ocean view) and were very satisfied. And even though it's located in the older section of the resort, there's something warmer and cozier about staying in that section of the resort vs the newer Napili Tower. The only 'complaint' was being up on the 8th floor on the ocean side of the tower, it would've been nice to have at least 1 elevator in that end of the building. All the elevators are at the other end of the building, across from reception... There was a stairway next to our room...no problem going down, but going back up....well, it's a pretty good workout. Overall, we really loved staying in the Molokai Tower both times. It's more than adequate for a family of 4 (it can actually sleep 5). So, if you don't need a ton of space and/or you can't score a bigger unit, the 1 br units in the Molokai tower are an excellent alternative.... I highly recommend it.

Get the Starbucks !!! スタバを求めてw
Been to get Starbucks coffee there. The pool looks like more for the kids than the Hyatt Regency that we stay.

INCOMPETANCE ON EVERY LEVEL!
This resort ALWAYS screws up reservations. I called owners service multiple times to verify reservations and spoke to the resort two weeks ago and confirmed and it was still wrong! We have come to this resort more than 10 times and every time is is messed up. This trip I have 3 units reserved. One reservation was made as Ocean Front, but it upon arrival I was told it was not. I am here for 29 days and have to move in the middle of the stay. WHAT? I am Titanium Chairman and started with Marriott in 1983. Also my name on the reservation was wrong. Somehow my name is all one word!?! How does that happen?? Such incompetence on every level. I am DONE WITH MARRIOTT! Will be selling these points as soon as I get home. UGH!

BEWARE! READ THE DESCRIPTION BEFORE BOOKING!
BEWARE!!! READ THE FINE PRINT & DESCRIPTION BEFORE BOOKING! 4 of us came to celebrate an anniversary. We are timeshare owners. We were here in December 2023 & loved it! When booking for this year we assumed we get the same type of unit .two of us are on strict dietary restrictions although tired after the flight, we stopped at Costco near the airport and another grocery store to get as much fresh organic items, gluten free as possible to cook in the room .imagine our utter shock to find our unit had a “limited kitchen” no stove top no oven and a small apartment size refrigerator. I don’t wanna be a diva if we had known this beforehand, we would not have spent over $700 on groceries! They provide a “communal kitchen“ on the first floor near the front desk. It’s a joke. It’s the size of a big walk-in closet with three or four cooktops no oven. Imagine you’re on vacation in Maui but you have to get up ,get dressed in order to cart all of your breakfast items down to a communal kitchen and fight over the cooktops with all the other people trying to cook their breakfast. And then have to cart all the cooked food back up to your Room to eat! But here’s my biggest complaint it was a Saturday when we arrived. The on-site manager told me nothing could be done because we were timeshare owners with interval international we would have to call them. Of course they were closed for the weekend Monday morning. I called first thing and I was transferred to a dispute manager. I explained the situation to her and asked if there was any way possible we could be moved to a unit with a full kitchen. It seemed like her main objective was to make sure I realized that it was my fault for not reading the contract thoroughly. I already knew it was my fault. I was calling to tell her I made a mistake. Was there anyway they could accommodate us. But she continued to go on and on about how it was all in the paperwork and I should’ve realized that before we booked. Anyway, towards the end of the conversation, she finally told me the answer I was searching for she claimed there was no other inventory available. Just to make sure if I had done it was a limited kitchen up until this point I had no idea. I never even knew that existed. We would not have spent all the money on the food that we were going to cook in the room.
