    Extremely Disappointing Stay

    We have stayed here a couple of times in the past, but this visit was extremely disappointing. The staff was unfriendly, and we didn’t get the room we booked. There was no help offered to move our luggage to the upstairs room, and there’s no elevator. The room had numerous issues: broken curtain shades, a non-functional bathroom knob, and missing basic amenities like hand soap and lotion.

    great relaxing stay

    It was a great stay. The property is nice and cozy and well located. The pool, beach and cafe next to the beach is just ideal. Kannapalli beach is beautiful. I enjoyed the complimentary morning coffee and walk on the beach in the mornings. It was amazing experience. Front desk is very prompt and courteous. They respond to any room service request very quick. The room i got might need some upgrades like good TV and streaming services. Kitchen had roaches which was irritating. Concierge service: you should blindly rely on it. Their tour prices(10-20%) are higher than online prices. The lady at the desk gets mad at you when you try to compare the prices which feels very bad. Overall very good stay.

    Good location, great beachfront property

    Overall, a very pleasant stay. The room was comfortable and the property very well-maintained. It would be nice if the restaurant would stay open later than 8pm. The trolley was very convenient for getting to and from nearby restaurants and shopping. The pools were clean and the beach was lovely.

    Christmas Trip 2024

    Great place to stay; clean and the grounds are spotless. We had the best time! The location is very convenient and the staff is friendly and very helpful. The location was perfect with easy access to the pool and beach. We will be back! Thank you.

    Overall bad experience and not compensated for room downgrade by the staff

    The front office staff was not helpful at all. We had booked an upgraded room (premium) and yet were put in the standard room, We would have not discovered this had we not gone to the other family's room that had a similar reservation. Not even offered to switch the next day and still were charged for the upgraded room for the entire stay. Felt we were nickel and dimed. We had a stay for 5 days and were told the room will be cleaned on third day, However that was not the case, When this was notified to front desk, they did promptly note and the room was cleaned next day, but this shows the lack of professionalism as one should not have to remind the staff to do their job. Felt very unwelcome and disappointed with this hotel.
