Kamaole Beach Parks I, II, III
Maui’s beaches are second to none. Our island is home to more miles of beach than the other Hawaiian isles, and we probably have a beach to fit your style. Popular Kamaole Beach III, an excellent family beach, is conveniently located near the Maui Kamaole condos. Several other beautiful beaches are close by. In the fall and winter, Humpback whales frolic just off shore. Year round sun and gentle tradewinds provide the perfect beach-going weather.
- Golf †Golfing on Maui could be one of the highlights of your vacation. The weather is perfect, the views spectacular, and South Maui is home to some of the finest championship courses in the world. The Maui Kamaole is minutes away from some of the island’s best courses. Test your skills at one of Wailea’s finest.
- Water activities †South Maui is the perfect place for your family’s sea faring adventures. The warm, tropical climate and gentle waters are just right for sailing, fishing, snorkeling, scuba diving, whale watching, or just relaxing on deck. Just 10 minutes north of Maui Kamaole, is Ma’alaea, one of Maui’s pleasure fleet’s home bases.

Next to Wailea and the best South Maui beaches.
Low density, large grounds, best sunset spot in Kihei across the street at Kamole beach park 3. This place has two pools and hot tubs too compared to one everywhere else. This is the best location in Kihei with proximity to the Wailea Trail and Keawakapu Beach.

Wish for a problem free stay?
We have stayed at the Maui Kamaole on several occasions. The last was Oct 13 to Nov 12/24. The property is generally quite excellent as far as we are concerned. The pools are well maintained as are the grounds. The unit we stayed at this trip was d 105. The unit was clean on arrival and everything seemed to be in working order. By the end of the first week the fridge was making so much noise it was hard to sleep. Vacasa, the property manager had a repair man on site in good time. By the end of the second week the same problem returned. I stayed at the unit and watched the repairman fix the problem. We lost some food from the freezer and Vacasa said they would compensated us. We heard nothing more on the topic. Never make a promise you don't intend to keep! On our last day the safe refused to open and so another call to vacasa. Again they were quick to get the problem solved. The unit was in not bad condition but was looking a bit tired. the carpets are near the end of their life. The lanai off of the living room was well maintained by the condo association and was clean. The table and chairs were old but serviceable . The lanai off of the bedroom looked like it had not had a clean up for months. The few surviving plants appear to depend on infrequent rain or concerned renters. Over all we had a great time and really the problems we had were not to serious. There are lots of choices in that property and we most likely will rent a different unit next year.

Terrible customer service with PMI managed Maui Kamaole condo. Will never trust them again.
PMI condo was updated and nice, but there were quite a few little black bugs in the upstairs bathroom. The bigger concern - PMI didn’t honour a refund THEY offered (stated in 2 emails). Refund was for an interrupted stay with painters in our condo and lack of access to our lanai. It really interrupted our stay and we got less than 24 hours notice this was happening (Day 2 of our stay). The offer was clearly too good to be true. No refund came. After our checkout when we questioned why no refund was forthcoming, PMI attempted to gaslight us and somehow blame us for not honouring their offer. Yet they won’t say in writing why they won’t refund us. In one phone call they went on to minimize the interruption of painters entering our site while we were in there - yet they were the ones who offered compensation at first. That is sketchy?! Truth is, if you make an offer, honour it or people won’t trust you, PMI. Whether you like us or not, whether you see us as rude or not, customer service would mean you follow through with what you offered. And yes, we did hang up on one call with PMI AFTER they refused to send the offered refund. We were gobsmacked they would be understanding during the stay and then wouldn’t honour their offer. Regardless of how many great reviews they get, we will never trust them again.

Review of Kihei/Maui Kamaole/Vacasa Vacation
We recently had the joy of celebrating our 50th wedding anniversary with 39 members of our family here in Kihei, Maui, Hawaii. We rented 13 condos at Maui Kamaole through Vacasa, a total of 183 nights. Kihei: Is a great mix of Nature and tourist town. The beaches are almost always in fabulous condition. Turtles frequent the waters. Whale in December-April. A large range of restaurants, shops and tours. Easy access to many, many activities around the island. Maui Kamaole: Upscale condos with well-kept grounds and facilities. A good proportion of permanent residents. Minor annoyances: morning wake-up calls from the roosters and the somewhat heavy-handed requirements to agree to the Maui Kamaole (Homeowner’s Association) rules. We all somehow made it through without a single complaint. Vacasa: It was a pleasure to deal with Vacasa’s division that handles groups bookings. There were many changes among individual travel plans and a couple of changes in the availability of condos during the 6-month period between making the deposit and actual arrival in Kihei. They were handled promptly and to everyone’s satisfaction. The local Vacasa Regional office was also very accommodating and responsive. They made sure the condos were clean, bug free (amazing in Maui) and all the facilities, appliances and furnishings were in working order. They let us ship several extra packages to the office for our pickup. Minor annoyances: 2 of the13 condo lock codes were incorrect (resolved by phone in 10 minutes), 1 condo needed the carpet spotted (resolved next business day). We don’t think we would have been able to bring the entire family together in one condo complex without the services of a company like Vacasa. All the employees we dealt with listened to our concerns and responded with the spirit of Aloha!

H212 is a great place to stay.
Positives: excellent location, fantastic view of the ocean. We saw whales every day and beautiful sunsets at night. Very close to beaches, and restaurants. Condo was clean, roomy for 2 couples, nicely stocked kitchen. Nice big tv, we watched the Super Bowl. What is better than the ocean and football! Parking space right next to our building. We were able to check in 2 hours early also. Only negative is the carpet is dirty and should be replaced.
