Just because one planned the trip carefully, things don’t always go as expected. Fortunately, amazing managers like Juhee and Javier can make the experience much more enjoyable when it happens. They went above and beyond to assist me with any issues I had at the hotel, ensuring my stay was as pleasant as possible. Also all other staffs were very kind and helpful. I genuinely felt I was in good and trustworthy hands, which helped ease any anxiety I had. The hotel itself is very clean and offers many appealing amenities, especially for female guests. I appreciated the Dyson hair dryer, yoga mat, and large makeup mirror with various light settings. I also loved the spacious shower booth, complete with both a rain shower and a handheld shower-head. Keep in mind that some of these features may vary depending on the room. If you choose to stay here, you won’t regret it!

Fantastic!
I booked an overnight stay for my daughter and son-in-law as a wedding present and their stay was fantastic and made extra special by the staff at the hotel who decorated their room and provided complimentary refreshments. The room, service and breakfast were all outstanding

Amazing experience!!
We had another fantastic stay—our fourth time at this hotel! The rooms are bright and beautifully maintained. The entire staff was exceptionally kind and welcoming. Max at the concierge was outstanding, providing great assistance on both our arrival and departure days. Victor, the manager, was incredibly kind and accommodating. We truly appreciate the wonderful hospitality!

Just Amazing
What an amazing hotel Stayed with my grand daughter Molly for a Xmas treat as we were going to the theatre to see Lion King. As soon as we walked in to the hotel it was a just magical, the xmas lights were beautiful but also my grand daughter was amazed by the animal moving images in the main reception area. A lovely lady by the name of Juhee showed us around the hotel and then to our room, my grand daughter just asked and asked Juhee so many questions but she was so patient and helpful, Juhee even left a Lion King balloon and some treats in our room for Molly.... so lovely. Memories we will always remember. Thank you to Juhee and all of the team, you made our stay beautiful. Julie (Nanna)

Highly recommend! Amazing service!
I had my 50th birthday on the Saturday I arrived. I happened to mention it to Vanessa at check in, who very kindly decorated my room with balloons, glitter and a birthday message. I was blown away with the dedication, professionalism and thoughtfulness! Thank you for making my birthday super special and a day I will never forget. A special mention the concierge Gladstone who was super helpful and friendly. One last thank you for the beautiful smelling gifts I received as I left after my amazing weekend. I would highly recommend this place.
