Dec 25, 2024LOVED OUR STAY AT ME LONDON
What an amazing experience the ME London property provides. The ambiance is lovely and the signature fragrance that greets you upon check in is a relaxing and welcoming sensation after a long travel day. The property has a dark and minimalistic appearance but it is so elaborate! Everything is present but tucked away or worked into the features of the hotel. The front desk/check in area WOWS with the architecture and the projections on the walls are truly wonderful. Rooms and amenities are lovely and the location could not be beat if you want the lively attraction of the West End theater and shopping experiences. The STK restaurant in the hotel was nice to have and offered elegant ambiance. The breakfast and Luciano was wonderful and had many sections that kept us satisfied. Staff is amazing. The concierge desk was helpful and accommodating as well. This was my first time at a ME property and I would certainly stay again. We did also visit the roof top bar although we didn't get to stay long but I would love to go back and try it out! It was a beautiful experience.

Exceptional Service!
I had a wonderful experience at the hotel. I felt very comfortable during my stay. Pavel provided exceptional service and had a a very positive and friendly demeanor. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a great stay and can’t wait to return.

Welcoming and knowledgeable staff!
The ME London was a pretty cute, well maintained property. Besides the nice room, good restaurant options and rooftop bar the staff made this experience a delight. I’d like to mention Theodosia who was a pleasure to chat with and was full knowledge and recommendations! She took the time to really give us some amazing options to enjoy while in London. I look forward to going back and checking some more of her fav picks!

Always incredible
The ME is a great hotel but what truly makes our experience nothing but fantastic is Victor, from the moment we arrive to the minute we leave Victor makes sure that every one of our needs are met without us even asking or thinking about what is is we might like or need . We have been staying at the ME now for years and visit regularly and without fail regardless of weather Victor is there or not he makes sure we have everything we need as he just communicates everything with his colleagues and the hotel . Victor is amazing and they just don’t make them like that anymore . We have just returned from another nights stay and he just made our experience special. From the personal notes he leaves in our room to simply just booking a show or restaurant on our behalf he makes it easy . What an asset to the ME London !!! Adam & Georgina Carver xxx

Location, architecture and comfort. Best staff
Great 5* Hotel! Perfect location near the City and well connected with main business areas and main spots at London. The pyramid at the reception caught my attention at the arrival, what a piece of art! Super friendly staff, specially Susana, who explained to me all the facilities of the hotel and multiple Meliá benefits. Hoping to return soon, maybe for leisure this time!
