    Hector Donastorg and Viviana Fiches

    Hector Donastorg and Viviana Fiches were awesome at La Hecienda restaurant. They were friendly, helpful, and the food was great!!! We had our family of 10 and they brought out just multiple trays of food and we ate to our hearts content. The cake was amazing too.

    Riveria Restaurant!!!!

    We loved Riveria Restaurant! Milciades was so attentive and wonderful! Nicol really helped us and we got excellent service! The food was great-I loved the a la carte steak and brownie. Our family will definetly come back for future vacations! Thank you!!!

    Great spa!

    The coffee scrub at the spa was top notch!!! Maria was awesome. My skin was SOO soft afterwards. The experience was in a separate hut with an outdoor shower for one. Very relaxing! The food is worth a visit as well. Loved the walking with peacocks and other small animals.

    Ignore the negatives. You get what you give!

    Our trip was made by our concierge Feliz! Very helpful and accommodating. Jonathan was our favorite bartender at Level Beach and "Sexy Body" at the Level pool made our day every day. The grounds were lush and beautiful. The people are lovely. Thank you to Feliz for making our trip amazing

    Coming back again!!!! Beautiful resort and amazing time!

    We loved everything about it! Food was great, (loved hacienda and riveria) service was awesome at those but service was slow at rosso and tauro but food was also great so it didnt really matter. Beware of the bartender at level pool bar! 🤪🤪He pours a lot of booze to get the party started but his dirty monkeys were great and he was so fun. Wayyyy too many passion fruit margaritas cause theu are yummy! Activities were fun each night, everyone loved white party and the magic show! I also appreciated the kids hour every night along with the foam party! Pools were also great, especially level and water park were amazing. The grounds and the beach were stunning and we didn’t mind walking. Final note, pamper yourself at the spa! The kids loved their massages. Al’so the Bali beds were applerth it and we always found chairs aroundcthe pools! Parasailing was aorth it but book through the resort. Beware the parrot guy on beach, he will scam you for $40! Just say no and don’t let him take the pics if your kids hold them. We are already looking to book in June again! Only reason of why not 5 out of 5 was our concierge was not that great.
