This was our second time visiting the Melia and it was just as fantastic as the first. The rooms are spacious and my kids love that they have bunk beds in the family rooms. The pool is large and has lots of area to play and swim. There are lots of activities and the staff at the pool are amazing! The bartenders and waiters at the pool are lovely and make amazing drinks. Jonhi went above and beyond to get my kids coconuts and then stayed around to crack them open for them at the end of the day. The food at all of the restaurants was delicious! We are celiac and the managers at all the restaurants went above and beyond to help accommodate our allergy. Managers Osvaldo and David checked in with us at each meal to ensure there were safe options at the buffet by having a chef come out and walk us through the dishes. Hector, one of the chefs talked to us daily to ensure we had safe options to eat. He made us feel comfortable with the options of gluten free food. Many times, gluten free meals were prepared specifically for us and delivered to the table. Even with the many celiacs in our family, no one had any issues with choices or cross-contamination. Hector and all the staff were just amazing at this resort. We would absolutely return for future visits.

Excellent Food for allergies/Wonderful Service
My son is celiac and chef Hector personally made every lunch and dinner and it was amazing! The buffet breakfast staff also personally made a plate every morning. All of the staff members were very friendly and helpful! We had an amazing trip!

The resort was clean and looked after. We found the staff to be very friendly. Especially serving staff at Mole & Tacos. Although busy, we were always able to find loungers by the pool and at the beach (and we are not early risers). Thanks to Guadeloupe and the team at Meliá.

Must stay!!!
What an amazing experience! The food was great! Check in and check out was super easy and quick! The staff was super friendly, happy and helpful. Mole restaurant was incredible! We upgraded our room and it was worth every penny! Super clean resort! The beach is beautiful! Highly recommend!

Fun Family Resort
Great family resort with top notch food, activities, beach and pool. The Gym has to be updated with modern equipment, currently it has broken machines and looks low priority and would cause us to book elsewhere if this concern wasn’t resolved. Alberto in customer service was very helpful with anything we needed during our trip.
