Just returned from a beautiful 9 days in Punta Cana at the Melia Punta Cana Beach Wellness. First time staying at a Melia hotel and it will definitely not be our last ! From the moment we arrived we were given a Platinum Level service by our concierge Jenfrey ! Always checking in with us to make sure we had everything we needed - but not being intrusive during the stay. Last minute dinner reservations ? No problem. Arranged for our 30 minute massage (courtesy of the resort when you stay longer than 5 days) and I upgraded for an additional full body massage - heaven ! We upgraded our room for a Level designation and it was well worth it ! We ate a la carte morning, noon, and night ! Luisa, Jose, and many others in the Quimera were so pleasant to attentive... Carmen at the bar made the best margaritas and took care of our smallest requests. The room was beautiful and well outfitted. Attended the Manager's reception and had the opportunity to meet the Asst Manager, Juan and other. Juan is delightful and quite easy going - eager to assist ! All in all a beautiful trip and one of the most relaxing we've had in a long, long time

Outstanding!!
We went for our honeymoon, in our last evening our concierge Oliver set us reservations for dinner and then covered our room in flower petals and balloons and a dish of chocolates. The whole five days we stayed we did not have a single complaint. Already started plans for next years trip to Melia!!!

We went to Melia for a second time this year for 2 weeks and again had an amazing time. We don't ever go back to the same resort but we were treated so well last year, we had to come back. The activities such as yoga, mud cleanse, bicycle tours and so on were just so relaxing and different from other resorts we have been to. We enjoyed many of the activities. Our special thank you to Ronnie Gonsalves who helped us out when we had any issue come up. He came to see us on our last night and made us feel very special. We appreciated the effort he made,and the hospitality he and the resort offered.

Great entertainment.
Lots of great entertainment at night. Oscarlyn especially. Yoga in the morning is lovely and the staff were perfect. Rooms were perfect and kept really clean. Buffet was busy but the omelettes were incredible. The man is so lovely :) 🇩🇴🇩🇴🇩🇴🇩🇴🇩🇴🇩🇴

We really enjoyed our stay here. We paid for level which gave us access to our own a le carte restaurant for breakfast and lunch as well as having option to use the buffet restaurant. We had our own consierge however he wasn’t quite as good as other people mentioned. Staff were all lovely and extremely helpful. Everyone said hello. Ground are kept emasculate. Bed in our room was the comfiest I’ve slept in. Room kept very clean and mini bar restocked every day. Lots of American and Canadians staying. Fun activities but no pressure to participate. Beach lovely. Beach sellers are frequent but go with a polite “no thank you”
