    Very happy staying at Modern Hotel…

    This was our first time not staying on the strip in the high rise hotels and it was a great experience. We did a lot during the day as we rented a car, but it was so nice coming back to our quaint apartment without all the crowds. Modern Hotel was perfect for us! Would def return.

    Knock, knock, is anybody home?

    We arrived on a Friday at 5 PM and it was raining really hard. We ran into the hotel and had been waiting one hour with nobody to greet us and no check in desk. Without phone service we were eventually able to call the website and tell the man answering the phone that we wanted to check in, but nobody was around. He said he would call his housekeeper, which she did, And she let us into our room. To be cold and wet and have to wait with nobody around at a hotel for check-in was terrible. The room also had some water on the floor from all of the rain. Same thing upon checkout we couldn’t find anybody around and so we left our key to the room by the coffee pot. There were no instructions to dootherwise, and we were once again frustrated with the lack of hospitality.

    White apartment

    It was our second stay here and we always enjoy staying here and we stayed in the white apartment which was very large space and very nice and relaxing! I highly recommend this place for a vacation getaway! You won’t be disappointed! Bianca always does a great job giving us new towels! And cleaning our room!

    Amazing, great location, and great maid service

    This property is so nice. I cannot get myself to even try somewhere else. Mike is the host and he is awesome. We’ve been staying in the white room for the last couple years. It’s excellent and Bianca is amazing for keeping our place nice and tidy one of my kids have been coming here for two years also Thank you again, Mike for having us in your great Airbnb.     Serene oasis near Palm Beach

    We rented a car for the duration of our 12 day vacation, and stayed here for the first 2 nights. We rented the Moroccan room which was unique in decor and appealed to us. The lighting could've been better in the large washroom and would help if the glass walk-in shower had a door, however none of those issues would deter us from booking this place in the future. The location is perfect if you'd like to be within quick walking distance to Palm beach. The backyard is very private and they've created a really great oasis consisting a pool, hot tub and lounging areas including a dining table and a cabana bed. You can't go wrong with the great value the location has to offer. Thank you Mike, Amanda and Blanca.
