Nov 12, 2024Have courteous staff, basic facilities and some vegetarian menu in b'fast
Highly rude and non cooperative staff. It is surprising that even basic facilities are not available like providing electric cattle (for making tea or coffee or for drinking hot water), electric iron etc. Even on request these things were not provided. Rather strange reply were given that come over to lobby area for ironing your clothes or take hot water of bathroom tap for drinking purpose. The breakfast is very substandard quality. Further, vegetarians should never ever stay in this hotel as practically nothing is available in breakfast for vegetarians. Even on request a harsh reply is only served.

3* for the hotel. 4* for the kind, gentle and helpful signora Daniela from the front desk. Thank you for making my stay more pleasant. Grazie mille. Good location. Entrance is not particularly appealing. Room on high floors with nice city view. Hotel is dated. House keeping does need improvement. Poor sound insulation. There's a supermarket and some nice restaurants nearby. Taxi from airport to hotel is meant to be 25 euros but prepared taxi driver might ask for more. Hotel is a pick-up point for some tours.

Excellent location but with poor facilities, small rooms and poor service.
The Hotel is very centrally located and with good options around for food. The rooms are small and the facilities below acceptable standards. Rates are high and very poor value for money. Service is abysmal.

Nice to stay
Although some equipments didn’t work, all staff is willing to help and nice. I forgot my phone in the room after checkout. They didn’t steal it and keep the phone in the lobby so finally I can find it back.

The room was clean, Ana the housekeeper was very attentive. The reception team was very welcoming and helpful with tips about the city. The hotel itself is located in a good area, close to the port and many places of interest (Via Toledo, Castel Nuovo). Breakfast was good. I would definitely return to this hotel.
