I spent a long weekend at the NH in Naples with a friend of mine and I can not help but praise the extraordinary friendliness and kindness of all the staff, from the breakfast girls, to the reception staff. From reception to check-in, until check-out, we were treated with care and great professionalism. Every service, from the cleanliness of the rooms to the quality of the breakfast, was exceptional, impeccable. Thank you all for making our stay truly unforgettable We will be back soon❤️

Mar 23, 2025Comfortable but disappointing
We stayed in a double room for a week; the hotel is in a great location with respect to walking and using the metro and funicular; in relation to the price and despite the beautiful view, the room was disappointing: small, non-existent wardrobe (only a small bar and a wooden panel with only two hooks: we left clothes in suitcases but there was no plan to place two suitcases), small bathroom with uncomfortable bathtub and sink with very little space to support; no courtesy kit. Dated but clean linen, changed every day in the bathroom and on request also in the room. Also disappointing breakfast for incomprehensible aspects such as the absence of teaspoons for several consecutive days and the presence of only two coffee machines, cappuccino and anything else in front of which lines are formed (even long) and where often the water and / or milk finished, have been reintroduced with too long time. The same problem arose, for several days, for the (good quality) food available for breakfast (as if there were organizational problems -or coordination with the kitchen?- in relation to the number of customers present). In the staff, especially (unfortunately!) in the younger (perhaps interns or interns?) we found lack of competence (eg with regard to information) and rigidity (with regard to schedules and services). One evening, we asked for a large bottle of water (measuring not available in the room minibar) and, at reception, we were told that we had to ask for it at the bar at a cost of 8 euros...

Excellent hotel
During our stay at the Hotel NH Napoli Panorama, we were greeted with warmth and professionalism, especially by Gennaro and Carmen, who really made a difference in our stay. Their attention to detail and helpfulness made our experience unique. Gennaro was extremely competent and ready to solve all our requests, offering advice on what to visit in the city and making us feel immediately at home. Carmen, for her part, added a touch of kindness and helpfulness that made every interaction pleasant and stress-free. The hotel itself is very comfortable, with spacious rooms and breathtaking panoramic views of the city. The location is perfect for those who want to explore Naples, being a short distance from the main points of interest. Breakfast was another pleasant surprise, with a wide choice of fresh and delicious dishes. Hotel NH Napoli Panorama is an excellent choice for those seeking a comfortable stay and impeccable service. Thanks to Gennaro and Carmen, our stay was even more special. Definitely will be back!

Great hotel in a strategic location with stunning views Friendly and helpful staff A special mention goes to Anna who with her smile her courtesy and warmth, makes the breakfast already excellent, really special as Naples is!! I highly recommend this hotel!

4 days in Naples without NH Panorama, there is no
Very comfortable and central place in the center of all major attractions. Unmissable views of the sea and the castle, very kind and always helpful staff. Very kind, helpful and always smiling ENZA and ALESSANDRA at breakfast service!!!!!
