Jan 30, 2025Good hotel for a few days only if travelling with kids
Hotel is great if you are going with toddlers or kids between 2 to 6 aprox. For adults, service is quite bad. Staff is very rude and food is basic and not that tasty, but the fast food and the food for the kids is great. There arent that many Nickelodeon things but a few statues. The water park for kids IS great, super recommended, but I would not stay there more than 3 nights since is usually quite crowded

Do not spend your money.... It is not worth it. The characters are "by purchase breakfast only". Your only meal options are the buffett (which food is always cold and flavorless - and they run out of food i.e. eggs for breakfast by 9:00 am). You will only get any kind of "nice" service and people treat you nicer/ restaurants available to if you buy into their timeshare. But if you are just planning on going there without spending an entire day talking you into their timeshare. NOT THE PLACE TO GO. We have been to Dream /Fine / and Excellence el Carmen just down the street from this place, paid less money for a 5-Star hotels. We went with our grandchildren. They have a lazy river in the water park which opens at 9, but they didnt start the pump the water donuts until after 10. Manager could not understand that the flotation devices for the water park should be ready before the doors open to customers and looked at me like I had 2 heads. Bad manament, bad service, bad food, unfriendly people. They are only selling the Nick cartoon characters, but even the characters dont appear randomly... There is extra fees for their PJ breakfasts to the tune of over $89 per adult $79 per child. Children get the breakfast free - same buffett breakfast, if you joint their timeshare.

A scam
a scam the instalations are in horrible condition everything is dirty do not stay here they will refuse aswell to take responsibility or give you any refund and will make you sign papers this hotel claiming to be a 5star is a JOKE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Jan 19, 2025Decent waterpark but low quality hotel.
Mediocre hotel with the perk of the water park. The food was pretty terrible and the service at the restaurants was terrible. Not any one individuals fault but more that they were either understaffed or the kitchens couldn’t handle large groups. Went to dinner with 7 adults and 3 kids and our meals came out staggered over the course of 20 minutes and we had to repeatedly remind the servers what we ordered. Also no maple syrup half the mornings, hard pancakes, weird ketchup. Facilities were clean but dated. Also alcohol was extremely watered down. Definitely would not go back but if a water park is your priority then it’s fine.

Great hotel. Grounds were clean and staff was attentive. Louis at the bell desk and maria at the kids club went above and beyond. The Nickelodeon aspect is not overwhelming so good for a family with children of multiple ages. The water slides were fun for a 7 and 10 year old.
