    Estuvo maravilloso… gracias a Las atenciones de Julissa del departamento de ventas, que hizo que al final cada detalle o contratiempo saliera increíblemente bien. Gracias! La infraestructura con algunos puntos de mejora pero todo precioso.

    Mal servicio de atención al cliente

    Por temas de salud de mi esposo no pudimos viajar en marzo, casi un mes y no recibimos respuesta formal por escrito por parte del hotel, acerca de nuestra solicitud de cambio de fecha. Invertimos mas de USD3,000. No conocen del buen servicio y trato al cliente.

    Amazing family vacation!

    Review We had the best vacation here. We went for a week and had a nest swim up room. We were in building 8 and the location was perfect as the beach was just steps away and the swim out area was bigger by our room then others. We had 8103 and I have zero complaints. The room was clean and spacious for us 3. I called daily for minibar restock and left a tip in the fridge and it was well stocked daily. Breakfast at the buffet was ok but we did love the omelette station. Lunch at fresco was the most disappointing meal of the trip it’s the only spot I don’t recommend. Lunch at aqua Nick was great. The burger, wings and fries were delicious and they made flatbread pizzas. Lots of dessert options too. Supper at the buffet was ok, nothing special about it. It was quite loud in the buffet area.bThe restaurants were the highlight for the food. Our favourite was spacewalker. The steak was actually delicious here! At Verdello the pizzas were fresh and huge portions. At the burger restaurant we saw lots of groups order the machete burger but it was way too much for us. I had the blue cheese burger and it honestly was amazing! At Wok Wok the gyoza and general tos chicken were the yummiest. Service was great at all the restaurants and they kept the wine glasses topped up. At the buffet it was hit or miss for drink service. I loved the iced coffee every morning at the sweetery. They had a fantastic coffee menu. The ice cream there was also delicious. We had it every day and it was one of my child’s favourite food stops. The pool waiter Miguel was fabulous! He looked after our group everyday. The only thing the pool needed was options for lunch. Sometimes there were hot dogs by the pool with no other options. They really should open Nick bistro daily for lunch. The beach is beautiful but the waves are rough, especially for younger kids. That’s the only downside for me at this resort. It was a yellow or red flag everyday. The infinity pool was our favourite spot. Aqua Nick is fun but the music is too loud. Sometimes we couldn’t hear each other talk. We did the personal sliming and it was fun! The staff took a video and tons of pictures on my phone during the sliming so no pressure to buy the professional pictures they take. It’s more like water than slime so easy to wash off but my child absolutely loved it! The spot behind aqua nick with the large slides and pools was so nice and relaxing. It was always quiet and not crowded there. There was even a nice bar there as well. It is well hidden and the entrance for this area is behind the pool cabana beds. Ask a staff member and they can point you the right way. The gift shop at aqua Nick was really expensive for certain items. I did find the regular gift shop for souvenirs had reasonable prices. We also had a personalized hoodie my child designed at the nick store on the resort. The price for the hoodie was reasonable and my child absolutely loved that they designed it. The evening shows were great for the children. My child loved the show every night except for the movie night. The movie night was low key and just made them tired. Some others may enjoy it more than we did. The staff were great with the kids and always helpful. We did an excursion to swim with dolphins and snorkelling with sharks booked through the resort. My child is a strong swimmer and we both enjoyed this a lot! Some on the tour who were weaker swimmers struggled as it is in the ocean in an enclosure so bit choppy but we had no issues. It was the highlight of the trip for myself. Overall this resort is fantastic for families. We would go again and my child is already asking to go again. I highly recommend this resort. I’ve been to multiple other all inclusives but this one for families is perfect.
