Check-in Policy - Hotel requires a credit/debit card authorization or cash deposit upon check-in for incidentals; this will place a hold on your funds.
Convention Policy - Individuals attending a convention cannot book this property for their stay. If found attending a convention, guests may be subject to higher room rates upon arrival.
Hotel Spring Break Policy - This hotel cannot guarantee a spring-break-free environment.
Student Groups (Spring Breakers) are not permitted at Hotel. A student group consist of those that travel without parent supervision or a responsible adult in each room. This could refer to but not limited to high school students or college students booking multiple rooms.
Transfer Policy - A price may display when children stay free, if your vacation includes transfer to your hotel.
General Information - Room taxes are included in vacation price. Minimum night stay restrictions may apply. Reservation changes may not be permitted unless authorized by the hotel.
A maximum of two pets are allowed per room. The hotel is not responsible for providing food for pets due to each pet's particular diet/eating habits. The pet friendly program allows for each pet to be a maximum weight of 48.5lbs and a height of 15.7in. The program requires a fee of 150USD plus tax per pet, per stay. The hotel will not provide kennels or crates.

Nobu was nothing short of a 5 star experience! The restaurants, the wait staff, the hotel and residence rooms were spectacular. Special thanks to our host, Iagnacio for his attention to detail with a smile daily. He is a great communicator!

Nobu trip
Nobu was one of the best experience my wife and I have ever had. Ignacio was a pleasure to work with he accommodated Everything for us. Highly recommend asking for him. If you stay at Nobu, we loved the Nobu experience from dining to their room accommodations.

Top notch service
The service at Nobu was incredible. Ignacio was an amazing host, he was checking in with us constantly. Francisco went above and beyond with his service at the infinity pool that we followed him to his section at the Pacific pool the next day.

10’s across the Board Thanks to Michelle!
I absolutely had an amazing time! Everything from the accommodations to Michelle our personal concierge, there was nothing out of reach. Michelle was the best! She was super responsive, proactive, and overall a pleasure to work with. Her positive demeanor and passion for helping us made our trip even more special. Not to mention, she was great at helping me sharpen my Spanish! I will be back as always and hopefully Michelle is still there to guide us through our time at Nobu Cabo.

We can’t wait to go back!
Absolutely amazing trip! The resort was beautiful and I can’t say enough good things about our personal concierge, Stephano. He was so friendly and attentive even before our arrival making sure we had everything we needed. Every meal was fantastic at all the restaurants and even poolside. The lifeguards and pool staff were very accommodating and friendly, as well. We can’t wait to go back!
