Pet Policy Pets Allowed:

A maximum of two pets are allowed per room. The hotel is not responsible for providing food for pets due to each pet's particular diet/eating habits. The pet friendly program allows for each pet to be a maximum weight of 48.5lbs and a height of 15.7in. The program requires a fee of 150USD plus tax per pet, per stay. The hotel will not provide kennels or crates.

    Awesome experience.

    The best experience and service. The spa is amazing, one of the best massages i’ve ever had. The restaurants are all good but Nobu was rhe best. The service from out host Ignacio was trully marvelous, as he was vert attentive and helpfull through all our stay.

    Amazing resort and hospitality

    This was our second time at Nobu Los Cabos, and we cannot wait for our next trip back! Beautiful resort and amenities, and one of the most comfortable hotel beds! We stayed in the 2 bedroom Asahi suite this time and what made our stay extra enjoyable was the exceptional service and hospitality provided by our concierge, Stephano! He was always very responsive to any question or request we had during our stay, and warm and welcoming in all interactions. Would 1000% recommend!

    Best Experience Due to Michelle Ponce de Leon and Cesar

    Our experience was made unforgettable thanks to Michelle Ponce de Leon, our personal concierge, and Cesar by the pool. Michelle went above and beyond to ensure every detail of our stay was perfect, demonstrating the utmost professionalism and thoughtfulness. Her warm and welcoming personality made us feel truly valued and cared for. Cesar, on the other hand, delivered incredible service by the pool. His attentiveness, genuine friendliness, and ability to anticipate our needs made our time relaxing and stress-free. Both Michelle and Cesar embody what outstanding customer service should look like, and they exceeded all our expectations. We are so grateful for their dedication and will undoubtedly return because of them. They made our trip absolutely perfect!

    Great food and service, beautiful resort

    Everything was great here! We started off at the hotel next door and after 2 days we switched to Nobu and it saved our vacation. All staff provided great service and were very friendly. Ignacio Cota was extremely helpful booking our dinners and keeping in touch every day.

    Incredible hospitality!

    The hotel and rooms were so beautiful and the staff on property were incredibly welcoming. We worked with Ignacio Cota and he was so helpful and responded swiftly with any questions we had or help we needed. We had a quick stay but we felt at home and will be back as soon as we can! Thank you Ignacio and all the team for such an amazing experience at Nobu! I would recommend to anyone looking for a relaxing vacation.
