    Fantastic Dinner at Olivos

    Danny, Jorge, and Miguel provided fantastic service. They were very attentive with all our needs. Chef Joselyn is fabulous. Her dishes are beautifully presented and prepared to perfection. I had the steak and it was cooked exactly as requested. Her ravioli was out of this world! They melt in your mouth. So savory, can’t wait to dine here again.

    First class resort in eveery way

    Undoubtedly, it is the most beautiful hotel and grounds we have ever experienced. From the second you step on the property, the verdant jungle and Mexican ambience say, "This is going to be amazing." Everything from the architecture to the rooms and food service is first-class. One small note, however, is that the beach pictured was reduced by the last hurricane, so it's smaller than the photos. However, there is still plenty of room for the beachgoers and no shortage of lounge chairs.

    Second time around was better than the first

    This hotel has really stepped up their game since our last visit two years ago. They have really improved their food service. The staff goes out of their way to ensure you have a great visit. We had a slight problem with the air conditioning in our room and Zulmy Madai with guest services bent over backwards to ensure we were happy. She was an amazing representative for the company. She made sure that we were taken care of immediately. The grounds were kept impeccable and they are so lush and gorgeous with vegetation. I really can't say enough good things about this resort.

    Service at Occidental by Crisly,Rosario and the captain Shany

    Excellent friendly service couldn’t ask for more! Very cordial and very knowledgeable about each of the various menus. always a smile on the face and very welcoming. Service was very timely and always stopped to ask how we were doing. would highly recommend!
