Advisory The Municipal Government will be charging all guests in the area of Cozumel an Environmental Sanitation Tax of a minimum $30.00 Mexican Pesos (approx. $1.60 USD) per room per night.     Great service at the coral restaurant

    Had dinner at the Coral, and the staff did an awesome job. Thanks Danny, Claudia and Miguel for going above and beyond with your service. We really enjoyed the service you provided and we had a wonderful time. Also thanks to Chef Chakon for the delicious food.

    Good was so good and fresh

    I really like the whole service at Occidental Cozumel, all service was completely first class, our dinner was very good and tasty as well as the waiters Danny, Claudio, Miguel and Chef Chacón. For sure, I'll be back soon! We decide to take the experience at the Coral restaurant.

    La Carreta restaurant

    In this beautiful holiday resort is a small restaurant in a secluded corner called La Carreta. Headed by it's captain Rogelio and front of house assistant Guadalupe who provide Excellent service in a very efficient manner with a smile. No request is too difficult for them. In the kitchen Head Chef Pedro prepares beautifully presented delicious dishes from an international menu. This Fine Dining experience would comfortably compete with any that you'd get in New York, London or Paris. If you are at the Occidental in Cozumel you should NOT miss the opportunity to dine at La Carreta.

    A memorable week!

    The experience at the resort was fantastic. We really enjoyed our time there. We took a catamaran tour and snorkel at a coral reef where we saw turtles, rays, starfish ans many school of colourful fish. Special thanks to Karla at the beach and to Danny, Luis,Claudia and Rafael at the Seafood restaurant by the beach. Excellente!
