We are here now for a 14 day trip and we are having a great time! We are staying in a First club room for a week then moving to regular room for 2nd week. Everything has been amazing and staff friendly and helpful. Night shows are fun and we can't say enough about the hibachi! So so good

First time Experience
Cozy resort, the restaurant’s were amazing, even the buffet, salmon and prawns served. Paola at the front desk very professional. As well as very accommodating. Stayed in Royal section, the bar and restaurant is top class. Thank you Paola for all your help.

Occidental Nuevo Vallarta
The staff are excellent, very responsive and want to help. The grounds are beautifully landscaped and maintained. The food and restaurant service are the best we’ve ever experienced at an all- inclusive. The pool area is fun but allows for relaxing. Gabriella at the concierge desk was exceptionally helpful and friendly. We lost a pair of glasses and staff were very helpful in finding them. We will definitely be back.

Wonderful stay at Occidental Nuevo Vallarta!
The Occidental was a wonderful hotel. Francis at the front desk was so kind and really went out of her way to make our stay special. She always remembered our names and made a point to say hello whenever she saw us. The food was delicious and the drinks were flowing non-stop. We will definitely be coming back!
