    Feb Break with Family

    This was not as enjoyable as I had hoped. There were a lot of problems that were not rectified in a timely process and some that were never solved. I ended up being separated 3 buildings away from the rest of my family.

    Punta Cana vacation

    The Occidental Punta Cana front desk staff was amazing. A special mention to Danny Matos who was a delight to work with. Danny provided professional assistance and support during our entire stay. He was awesome. Thank you Danny. In addition our server Peña at the Oriental restaurant was simply amazing. He was able to accommodate us with a replacement dish without any hesitation. It was really a surprise to us. Overall the staff at OPC is friendly, out going, and a real joy. They made our stay a memorable one that we will forever remember. Thank you OPC for going above and beyond Lucy and Obed

    Avoid this place

    This is my 2nd time here and I won't be back the customer service is awful. Today they ran out of coke zero at both of their lobby bar. When I asked about it at the front desk they said they don't serve it. I've been here for 6 days and they had it every day. Room service doesn't clean your room till 3 in the afternoon and no one speaks English and they won't fill up your mini bar. The beach is beautiful but people hold there chairs all day so good luck getting a chair something with the pool. Food at the buffet was not good and was basically the same everyday. Also good luck gettinga reservation their all filled up Sunday morning at 7 am. I challenge management to say any of this post is untrue. I'm here right now.

    Occidental Punta Cana Feb 2025

    Could improve on service, food and beach furniture. Often went to buffets and there were no clean tables. You have to track down staff to get clean cutlery, napkins, cups. Being offered a drink is a rarity there. Food was below average compared to my previous stays in the DR. Avoid the Italian a la carte if you don’t want food poisoning. Wish we would have known there were no umbrellas on the property either on the beach or by the pool for shade. Good location on the beach. Rooms were clean and updated. Would try somewhere else next time.

    We loved our stay!!

    We had such a wonderful time at our vacation. Danny Matos the team receptionist was so friendly, professional helpful with our stay. The rooms were amazing. The food was delicious. We loved how clean the hotel was too. We enjoyed all the decorations too.
