    Occidental Punta Cana fit us perfectly.

    From check in to check out our experience was great. We were treated well, requests were quickly managed. The staff were all well groomed and looking sharp. Even the younger were staff were cordial. There a few people that stood out with exceptional service …always doing more . Upon check in that helpful person was Lenzy . A la Carte that person was Genesis. Last but not least was Ketty at the beach bar/restaurant . Everyday she welcomed us to her section, Ketty was hard working, patient with our language barrier , and added touches from Ketty makes everyone really appreciate her . I noticed many families enjoy her their interaction with Ketty. Beautiful lady. Would highly recommend. 5****

    A week in paradise!

    The entire staff went above and beyond to make sure that our vacation was wonderful. We were always greeted with smiles and we were treated like family! Every meal we had at the Royal Club was enjoyable because of the outstanding hospitality we received from the staff.

    Great time at at a great price

    One of the most beautiful beaches and a nice clean resort. Food could be much better but adequate. Service was very good, and the staff are accommodating.

    Good resort

    Pretty good stay! Only downside I would say is that there was a lot of pressure with tipping at times but overall a good resort, good food, nice rooms, good drinks, I liked that they refilled the fridge in the room daily

    Not a quality I recommend

    Overall the resort lacked quality. The staff was not friendly, some were but a lot weren’t. The room was dirty and the bedsheets and pillows had stains. The resort seemed understaffed and as a result the product delivery was lacking such as no clean towels to use. Overall it was an okay experience but I would not recommend.
