Bring your own blanket, towels, face towels, and beach towels. Staff was rude and careless. Rooms reeked of mold. Low variety and quality of food.

The hotel you can tell has been around for a long time but the surrounding is always clean,.room service nice, the workers make you feel welcomed and safe. Overall it's a wonderful experience

We liked our stay but was annoyed about not getting a ride to the main lobby. He has a disease in his spine where he has bone on bone thus a lot of pain. This is why he finds it very hard to get around. We are coming for Valentines but it might be our last. Also lots of security around is comforting.

We stayed at Occidental Punta Cana in Royal Club upgrade, the Restaurant at Royal Club is what made our stay amazing, Hippolito and his team are amazing, service was amazing the professionalism and happy staff was so exceptional, food served was quality a la carte and nothing was ever any trouble , they made your visit each time so special, the staff team at Royal Club Restaurant made you feel so special, travelled many places , you don't get this personalised service anywhere , here's to Next Year to our happy place, our second home 😀

Enjoy
Stayed one week during Christmas with large group of our family. The beach is beautiful. The pool with swim up bar was also fun. We ate at the steakhouse, oriental, and Mexican restaurants and liked our food. The main buffet, beach buffet, and pool snack bar were also fine. Our room had good A/C, but others in our group complained their’s didn’t work well. Overall we enjoyed our stay. The rooms could use some upgrading (building 24).
