The hotel are beautiful and the restaurant on the beach La Caracola is excellent and the staff very friendly, And good service,Emilia Perez is excellent and Norkellly Peguero is very active,Yudelka,chabely,carla,ruven Sanchez, Isabel hodalgo, adan, gilveto, ketty, praying, Sandra,they are very Friendly.

Third Time at Occidental Punta Cana
Ketty Feliz and Norkelly Pegueero. Have made our trip and Experience memorable. Their warm greetings, friendly personality and catering to our mothers needs making sure she enjoyed her time was appreciated. This has been my third time visiting this resort I will not be the last. The ocean and the resort itself is beautiful. But most of all the people make this trip a fantastic experience.

First time in Dominican Republic and not the last one
First trip to the Dominican Republic. We left the twins with the grand parents and went as a couple for time together and also « reconnaissance » before bringing the kids. Service is awesome! The beach bar crew (Las Caracolas) Josephina Rodriguez, Norkelly Peugero, Clara Solano and all the others are AWESOME!

Amazing stay!!!
The restaurant on the beach is really good. Stuff was very kind and helpful. Beach was amazing. Norkelly Peguero, and Sandra, Yudelka are best of all stuff. Everybody are good but they are special. Food is amazing, breakfast speccialy. It was so exciting.

Occidental vacation
We have been coming to Occidental Punta Cana for the past 16 years and have plans to come next year. The beach is incredible and the staff at the Royal Club are such a wonderful group of people who go out of their way to make us feel welcome. They are friendly, kind and attentive. Hipolito and his crew are great!
