Enjoyed the stay and the resort. Although the building could use some updates, the resort was great and we would stay there again.

Excellent room, great beach & pools. Buffet a little limited, but specialty resaurants very good.
We chose to pay for the "premium level" and were very ahppy with that decision. We stayed in a Premium level suite which is actually right on the beach. The room was huge, we had a sliding glass door to a nice patio and literally were 20 feet from the sidewalk / beach wall. No waiting for elevators!! The room was clean, had a fridge, microwave and safe. The main premium level services we utilized were personal check-in and check-out; the premium lounge (24 hour drinks, sode / bottled water and snacks), and no service charges for room service. Those and the room location easily made it worth it for us. The pools and beach were fantastic. Since the resort is a relatively small one for the area, it made getting chairs and getting a good "spot" by the pool or on the beach easy. This would be a "no-brainer" repeat location for us if the food was a little better. It was good quality but not a lot of choice in the main buffet. Pretty repetitive between days and even between lunch and dinner. The specialty restaurants were good.. easy to book with our premium service. The staff was very pleasant and helpful. All in all... we will consider this location again next time we go back to Cancun. The room, beach and pools were that good.

Friends trip!!!!
We stayed with friends at this resort for a week , and we got an amazing stay , the people that worked here were so amazing and attentive, specially the fun we had with the entertainment team with Jair and Gio they were so good interactive with the guests and the activities they did. The shows at night were good as well. The food is not the best at lunch and dinner but the breakfast was good the one we enjoyed the most , the amenities on the pool and beach felt to comfortable and nice , beautiful beach

If you do not want to pay a lot and do not have a lot of expectations it is fine. The food is not that high quality with not many healthy alternatives
