Dec 22, 2024Big mistake, I'm feeling ripped off!
I'm currently at the hotel until the 27th of December. Big mistake, they have decided if you don't pay extra you won't have access to simple things as regular beer, regular beer is just reserved for people that pays 45 USD per person extra daily, which is insane, therefore, the only beer option "included" in this all inclusive, it is a horrible dark beer. I need to point out this is the cheapest act I have seen in my life, after been in several all inclusive hotels. I wanted a mohito, "we ran out of mint", I wanted mushroom for my omelet, "we ran out of mushroom" I wanted an umbrella for the beach, "oh you need to pay 20 udsd". So, after begging in several occasions for regular beer, snacks, and breakfast, I've found this hotel doesn't care you have paid around 13k cad for four rooms if you dont pay for getting upgraded. Oh, I almost forgot, there is no fun after 10. 30 am, bar is closed and no music.

Dec 19, 2024Worst Hotel I Have Ever Stayed In.
Do not stay at this hotel the staff are rude food is shocking and dri ks are extremely poor . Drinks in main lobby bar served in a plastic cup you get from a water machine. Food always cold and tasteless. Rooms not cleaned daily , toilet blocked every day and no water in shower. Looks 10 hours 1 day to get fixed and room key cards had to be reprogrammed several times a day. Hotel management are not good at all if you can find them. Much better hotels out there as Cancun is a lovely spot and each are class.

do not go to this resort it's cater more to local, plus they cut you off of food and drinks at 1 pm regardless of what time you leave the hotel small buffet entertainment ok not great pay a bit more and go somewhere better plus its very windy and the waves were very high on that side of Cancun in December

Overall the hotel is decent. Having been here several times we know what we'll be in for. On our last visit December 2024 started to notice that the food quality was not as good as it's been in previous visits. Also noticed that there may be a staffing issue, not as many servers, bartenders, etc. as in previous visits. We will definately be back to spend some quality time on the beach and to see the smiling faces at the hotel

The place is good and clean and resort is in a nice spot staffs were ok but the snack bar horrible food was very bad plain and no taste same thing everyday horrible chef and no variety cheap simple food. Horrible taste
