    really good hotel 10 out of 10 and I will return for the good service and animations.

    I had a really good experience in the hotel ,food really good, the entertaining is pretty good ,Henry Ramos chipijamer the best entertaining guy the food delicious 10 out of 10 mr Ariel have a good group with shows every night. pool good .lovee

    Staff great management not so much.

    Guest safety was not managers 1st priority. Casino is a scam and the hotel promotes them but says they are independent.

    Best quality for the price. Very clean with amazing food!

    Very nice, very clean resort with the best tasting food and with the best selection we have been to. The beach is beautiful and clean but they could have more beds and especially more shaded areas, perhaps some more palm trees? The staff was good, we never felt like they wanted a tip in order to give proper service or to do their jobs respectfully - we have experienced that in Mexico last August at a place that was way more expensive than this resort. The quality, food and serves compared to the money we paid is by far the best all inclusive resort we ever been to! We have been to many different ones in Mexico and once before to DR (that one was terrible). The Blue Moon Restaurant was excellent, I warmly recommend it! We didn't try any of the other ones. Reserved the Japanese one but it is that circus style with the cook in the center doing all the crazy loud entertainment, so we did not stay. I like a quiet dinner. The average age was quiet high when we were there (50+) with few children but they all were surprisingly well behaved! Sometimes the music was a bit much but didn't last long. I wish they would turn it to a lower volume. The whole beach don't need to hear it and some of the music was more fitting for a drug fueled techno party. Special thanks to one of the servers called Washington! He seemed to have been trained or just a natural.

    Thomas was the best!!

    This is my second time at this resort and once again amazing!! We had Thomas as a butler and he went above and beyond to make sure our stay was stress free. He was very good with communicating through what’s app. Anything thing we needed he was right there to help us. I will definitely be coming back and requesting Thomas. Our last night here he decorated our room so nicely. My boyfriend and I really do appreciate everything Thomas did for us😊

    Amazing hospitality

    Yulibel is an amazing worker and made the trip very fun! Hospitality was amazing and made me feel very welcomed in a place i was not familiar with! All staff was awesome but Yulibel went above and beyond to make us all feel welcome and cared for!
