  Beautiful place to stay

  Beautiful location away from a lot of other hotels. Beautiful beach front. Helpful, friendly staff who accomodated our need for extra checkout time and kept our room clean every day.

  Beautiful!!

  Wonderful property! Front desk is as fantastic with helping us plan excursions, give great recommendations, make reservations, etc. Entire staff was excellent. Food was very good. The beach are was stunning. A few too many people saving beach chairs all day but you’ll probably find that everywhere. Overall, amazing experience!

  Website misleading

  Website does not mention these “rooms” are all owned by others and the staff is basically their rental agent. Vacationers have less amenities than owners. “Resort” which is a stretch is far away from anything so make sure you rent a car. Walls thin-could hear next door full conversations. Our particular suite was on the third floor with no elevator, bed squeaks and TV didn’t work. For the price we paid-would expect better. Oh and some of the employees are not very truthful especially the manager and team at check in. Island is beautiful just stay somewhere else.

  Amazing!

  I loved my stay at Ocean Club East! This was our first time visiting Turks and Caicos/ Providenciales, and it was amazing! The location of Ocean Club East was perfect for us! The property has a good layout and the landscaping was a nice mixture of greens and flowers. There are 2 pools on the property and the property is right on Grace Bay Beach! It makes it easy to wake up and walk over to the beach to relax for the day. The staff were all nice, and our welcome drink was delicious (I believe they said it was ginger, either lemon or lime, and white rum)! We rented a car from Grace Bay Car Rentals, which was super easy because it was right out the door when you arrive at the airport. That’s how we got around during our stay. We could park the rental right outside our room and had no issues finding a space to park. They give you a key card on a bracelet to check into your room and open the gate to park at the resort, which helps you keep track of it and not lose it. The unit itself was decently clean. The noise from the hallway at night could be a little loud at times. The beds in our unit were comfortable and there was a generous sized screened in porch area to relax in. The unit had a stacked washer & dryer (and a travel-sized pack of All liquid laundry detergent) and a kitchenette with 2 burners & a full-sized fridge, microwave, and kitchenware, as well as a toaster and blender. They also provided a coffee maker and some coffee packs (I believe it was Wolfgang Puck filter pouches). They provided a travel-sized bottle of Palmolive dish soap and a sponge, as well as paper towels. The bathroom had a shower stall, double sinks, and a toilet. The restaurant and bar (Cabana Bar) right adjacent to the beach had good, but pricy food (other places were slightly cheaper for what you got). The service could be a little slow, but we didn’t mind so much because we were on vacation. On arrival, you get a card that allows you to get 2 towels at the beach (you need to give the card back when you leave or be charged $40). The beach has lounge chairs and umbrellas… some days it was harder to get an umbrella and chair beciase people would claim them for the day- an improvement would be to add some more umbrellas and chairs. You can order drinks on the beach and the waiters/waitresses will bring them to you. In all, we enjoyed our stay here and will recommend the resort to others and would be likely to come again.

  another wonderful stay at ocean club east.Our room was excellent with all kitchen amenities except the cutting knives are still awful. weather was wonderful 75-78 degrees no humidity and ocean was perfect.
