Apr 10, 20252nd visit not as good as first time
2nd stay at this resort. we could not check in by the 3;00 check in time and were told 2 other times our room woud be ready and it wasn't. room was located directly across were the evening shows were and was very loud with the young drunk crowd screaming out in the the hallway. Had to request for several packets of coffee in our room due to them leaving 1 packet daily that makes 1 cup . also would only leave 1 cup to drink the coffee. guys out front that cord. the taxis were very dishonest with the rates and didnt seem to care at all that they were overcharging according to there rate sheets. the app that you use to book your dinners never worked and had to go to lobby every time to complain and by that time the bookings were full. food was very good and wait staff were great.

Apr 09, 2025Wonderful girls trip!
My stay was honestly better than expected! My friend and I stayed on the El Beso adults only side; our room was spacious and clean, beds and pillows were okay, the room was cleaned very well daily, and restocked with beverages twice a day. The pools are large and quite nice. The activities offered are fun (I did yoga and aqua fit), and the live music at the El Beso pool a couple of afternoons was a nice touch! The food is mediocre (no worse than any other all inclusive I've stayed at), having had the best meals at the El beso bistro and Sensai a la carte. There are plenty of food/restaurant options. The staff are what makes this place really great, they are kind, and I never felt like the service was dependent on if I gave a tip. Wilbur is an amazing bar tender (El Beso bistro), and Ricardo works so hard to quickly get everyone their drinks around the (El Beso) pool. Fernanda (experience team) made everything more fun. The two shows I went to were quite good and the silent diso/party was a blast! The bowling alley is also fun. The only thing I wouldn't recommend is visiting the gym, there is no AC, nor did they have a fan, it was unbearable to work out in there.

Apr 08, 2025Overall decent resort, but definitely wouldn’t recommend
Overall the resort is decent, clean and the staff are very friendly. The food is okay, but you definitely notice the difference in that it is not five star. The food options are limited and the Mexican food was disappointing. Also was not impressed that dress codes at a la cartes are not enforced, saw them admit people wearing Jean short shorts, crop tops and T-shirts with track pant shorts and backwards baseball caps when the dress code calls for dresses or Bermuda shorts. There was simply no regard for dress code at all. Overall did have a great week but would i recommend this resort to others, if I was being honest, I would recommend they try somewhere else.

Apr 08, 2025Brilliant holiday, wonderful staff, lovely hotel , great food and exceptionally clean everywhere.
Fabulous 14 night stay at this hotel. Staff were superb, so friendly and nothing was too much trouble. Food was very varied and very good. Room and resort was spotlessly clean. Gardens are beautiful and constantly maintained. We opted to stay in the El Beso Adults only section and it was totally the best choice. The Bistro at El Beso was delightful and the food very good. Freddie and his staff were so welcoming and friendly. A lovely Pool and entertainment on hand if you wanted to partake. Highly recommended. The Villa Marina restaurant served delicious food and Christopher, the Manager, and his staff were fantastic and very solicitous of our needs. All in all a very memorable holiday.

El Beso the Best
Had a great time relaxing at the El Beso pool and beach with great service from Jose and Ricardo and ate most of our meals at the privilege lounge with equally great service from Jesus, Poncho, Miguel Susane Royer and Emanuel. Our butler Oscar was the best and very pleasant to deal with. We will be back. Thanks OCT for a great vacation.
