Mar 02, 2025Disappointed. Resort is small, which is a positive. Reservation restaurants mediocre - food cold and poor tasting.
Meds stolen on last day. Food poor and cold. Buffet all tasted same. Small resort that did not live up to reviews. Friendly staff. We ended up eating off resort most of time. Can’t even sit in hot tub without reservation unless you are “privilege” status. There are much better options.

Ocean Coral and Turquesa was a great resort and exceeded our expectations! From the minute we arrived, we were greeted with smiles and our bags were taken from us right away while we waited for our room to be ready. Our check in agent, Jocsan, was incredibly friendly, a pleasure to speak with, and even upgraded our room because my husband had an upcoming birthday in the next few days. Our room was nice and clean and the restaurants were great. The pools were very clean and the beach was very nice as well. All in all, we had a wonderful time!

gustavo alejandro eduardo hilda henry alfredo i love all of them and they give me a lot of drinks the restaurant is great like the buffet and i love the pool bar. the music is good and gustavo is the best bartender. their drinks are also amazing and not watered down

A Winter Visit With Family
We had a wonderful family visit and enjoyed celebrating the holidays (Christmas and New Year's Eve) At this resort. We traveled with 6 adults and one 5 year old. My daughter really enjoyed the kids club, we did not sign her into the Daisy Club to stay for the day, but we enjoyed helping our daughter participate in the art activities. The supervisors didn't mind a parent helping their child do the activity, however there is the option to leave your child in the center under supervision. The ladies in the Daisy Club are very attentive and caring with the children, Gabby was such a big help to my daughter, so I appreciate the resort offering the activities for children. Especially the visit from Santa! I was happy to stay in a newly renovated privilege level room that did have mini spirits and soft drinks restocked daily in the fridge. Since we did upgrade to Privilege it did give us access to a butler. Our butler Luis arranged our dinner reservations that turned out to be very helpful for our large family party of 7. We enjoyed the early dinner seating for the New Year's Eve celebration that included special entertainment that traveled around to the dining venues we saw a saxophonist, dancer, and juggler. I will let my photos speak for the rest of this visit. I would come back to this resort, the service was excellent. I am looing forward to visiting other resorts in this hotel group.

A fantastic experience.
As always, our experience was an amazing one, thanks to our butler Carlos. He always spoils us. Thanks so much. Appreciate the great service from Francisco for the fishing trip and Ricardo at pool side as well. Definitely recommend this as a destination.
