Great resort
This resort was great. The rooms were very spacious, fridge was stocked daily with cleaning service. Only negative was poor water pressure, Restaurants were great. We had to make a reservation on the app, which was so easy. Drinks were awesome and not watered down at all. Pools were clean and beach was cleaned up daily. The best part of this resort was the staff. They were all very friendly and helpful. I would recommend this resort . Only thing I would fix is the seating in the lobby, lacking tables and chairs to maybe play games or cards.

It’s what we expect for a 4 * except minor issues
Just came back from a week to Ocean Coral & Turquesa from November 22 to November 29 2024. Group of 8 aged between 45 and 71. Check in was okay. Room was not ready when we arrived but it was a bit before 3 pm. Had a Junior suite with garden view, two beds. Was big enough and clean. Our biggest complain is that water in the shower had no pressure a little hot water the first 3-4 days. Room 16208, 17217 and 17314 was the same. There is not a lot of chairs and palapas by the beach and pools so I really wonder what it’s like during high season. Food was good. Found the buffet a bit small but okay. Better at lunch time then dinner. As for a la carte restaurant, there is 3 of them you need to make reservation through their web site the morning starting at 8 am for the same night. And don’t wait too late because you will not have a place. I was told you can go to the lobby too. The other a la carte, you have to present yourself at the restaurant an hour before the time you want to eat to give your name. We had to complain at the lobby because we never were able to reserve the japaneese and other people was doing the same. They found a place for us on the last night. First time we saw this in Mexique but one day we could not have white wine. We enjoyed the show at night and music in the lobby. There some music too by the pool but everything is finished by midnight. We took a taxi to the Grand Outlet. For 1-4 person it was 610$ mexican pesos or 40$ USD per way. For Playa del Carmen if I remember correctly it was 785$ pesos or 50$ USD per way. Taxi bring you and wait for you for 3-4 hours to bring you back. Staff were friendly and nice. Like everywhere if you take few seconds of your life to speak with them they will be more sympathetic. I believe it’s what a 4 stars should provide. Nothing exceptional but everything good for the price. We recommend this place if you feel it could meet your expectations.

Excellent resort with great service!!
This was our fifth time here and every time we come back the resort has new improvements and we find new things to do. It wasn’t super packed with people but not dead and boring either. For our family the Privilege upgrade is a MUST! Alexander and Angels at the middle pool Privilege area were wonderfully attentive. All staff at the resort are super friendly and helpful. They have been in the process of remodeling all the rooms over the past year and the new ones have a ton of storage. The food this year was especially good! One of our party forgot their meds at home and the guy at Customer Service able to get some delivered in under an hour. Our family ranged in ages from 60-8 and we highly recommend staying here and will be back next year.

The best resort ever!!
Alexander at the privelage pool is fantastic. He always had our spots ready and really took care of us. We always had water. He was so amazing! 10/10 recommend Angeles from the privelage pool always had a drink ready. Bernabe was great! Our butler Andrea was also wonderful and very attentive. She was always making sure we had our reservations. For any relaxation make sure to hit up Alfredo and the ladies at the spa. Honestly the entire staff was amazing and friendly. The grounds are beautiful and they are always doing upgrades and taking care of the place. The guy in the guest service was also amazing. I didn't have medication and he helped me order some from the pharmacy. Privelage is definetly the way to go

A great week away with great staff
We stayed for a week in two jnr privilege suites. The rooms were clean and the housekeeping was excellent. Andy looked after us as our butler and was attentive and quickly dealt with a few very minor issues without any fuss. When we come back we hope she is able to look after us again. At the pool Alex went out of his way to ensure we had a relaxing holiday. Nothing was too much trouble for him and made sure we had everything we needed. This was our second visit and it didn’t disappoint, the only niggle would be the buffet meals. The choice was limited and the drinks service sometimes patchy. We will definitely come back
