    Spring break

    We just came back from a week long stay at Ocean Coral Springs. 4 adults 2 kids. This was our first stay at the resort. After reading reviews I was a little worried but the resort met all our needs and expectations. Pros. The pool was huge. There’s a ledge that goes all around the pool that is great for little swimmers or those reading in the pool. We were out by 7am and never had an issue getting chairs. We ate most days and nights at the buffet. Always had ample choices. The pizza and pasta bar were a huge hit. We also had hibachi one night which was also delicious. Most days for lunch we ate at the jerk hut and got the kids grab and go food from the water park. The VR was great for our 10 year old but pretty pricey. She loved making her own cotton candy. We frequented the coffee shop which was always very efficient. Bowling!!! What an added bonus. Never had to wait long. They had bumpers for the kids. Just remember to bring socks. So fun!!! And so easy. And the evenings were filled with live music. Needs improvement. The shows were at 9:30 pm which was too late for our family. We had issues with our ac but after several days it was fixed. We tried to shop in the little market next to the resort but were swarmed by sellers and immediately returned to resort. The pool bar definitely needs more bartenders. Usually there was one maybe two taking care of both sides of the bar. Also this couldn’t have been helped but there were red flags at the beach almost every day we were there so we didn’t spend time there. Also the beach is small and rocky. More daytime poolside entertainment, especially for the kids would be an added bonus. Overall - It was a very pleasant stay. Christena at the pool bar was our favorite!!

    Highly recommended!

    The staff was warm, pleasant and extremely professional. The property is huge however it was immaculately clean. Across the property I was geeted pleasantly, which made my visit memorable. The food was also great! I highly recommend this resort for business meetings!

    A brilliant stay for a 40th birthday!

    With a vast array of restaurants and amazing facilities you won’t get bored and you can indulge yourself Worth spending that extra on a privilege pack. The suite and the additional extras are worth every penny. However the other facilities are just as brilliant. Bowling alley. Great restaurants. Coffee shop. The beach. The shows. All amazing. Can’t say enough about the attentive team here. They really look after you.

    This isn’t a 5 star resort

    We are a couple who stayed here on march (18-22) 2025(we stayed on the ocean coral side ). I had very high hopes for this resort and looked forward to this vacation.The first day we arrived early and they wouldn’t let us check in early because the room wasn’t ready. When we finally did get access to our room it was still dirty finding cheeze itz on top of top dresser where the remote is . We called 4 separate time for towels and all though reassured us every-time no one ever came . There is also no ice available on the floor so you have to request room service to bring ice which again they reassured someone would bring it and the ice never came. They do offer room service from certain hours (1000-2200)and after hours you are charged a fee. We didn’t bother ordering any room service just because of the lack of service we received for small request like towels and ice. The staff also only knock twice some would announce who they are others didn’t and would just open the door( there no dead bolt to keep someone out of your room when you are inside) Some of the staff were rude but if you had a tip to give there mood quickly change .The food was ok , some of the food lacking salt & pepper.To have access to the adult side (ocean Eden)for 35$ per day per person. This resort was built in 2019 but looks much older. A lot of the tile is cracked and chipped around the corridors . A lot of the tile was lifting and floating in the pool on the adult side . The bar on the adult side is also broken and cracked exposing the jagged tile and glue . There are NO umbrellas around the pool.There are umbrellas where the beach is. The beach had a large rock so it was very hard and painful to walk on.The activity during the day lacked luster but got a lot better at night time . Someone would call daily to see how our stay was going we would express our concerns and nothing changed . The offered us a discount for the next stay if we gave 5 stars. Also the resort is 45 min from Mbj airport so if you book any excursions or rides to monetogo bay around Jamaica it’s more money (example:round trip 2 ppl from resort to hip strip 130$ usd) . I wouldn’t not recommend this resort to anyone.

    Was a lovely customer service

    The best ever experienced in Jamaica hospital the workers is full of experience and professional in the job them work hard well done am looking forward to going again the beach is also lovely the life grard is also professional on beach sports
