I booked for 3 kids. MY KIDS. and I get here having to pay almost $1,000 more because they messed up my booking but REFUSED to give any sort of discount for their error!!! What if that tapped into the money I needed to get my kids home. I would not recommend booking with them TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. TERRIBLE!!!!!!

Ocean Coral has plenty of amenities to keep the whole family busy. I am a beach lover and was not too impressed, however the The lazy river, water park was great. makes up for it. The ice cream shop and bowling alley is a great added fun for the kids.

Dec 17, 2024I had a wonderful experience love the ambiance and the food i would visit again tomorrow if possible.
We went for dinner and the food was well cooked and sumptuous. The staff members were courteous and friendly they took good care of us. Special shout out to Mr. Phillip Annikey he made sure we were well okay. I really enjoyed the time we spent there. Next time i want to stay for a longer period.

Amazing!!
Beautiful ambience! Great customer service…. All staffs were friendly and respectful but Brison the food and beverage concierge went above and beyond , The food was great and also the entertainment.I had a wonderful time, will definitely recommend.Thanks Brison exceptional worker.

From the moment I arrived, she ensured that every dining experience was perfectly tailored to my preferences and truly exceeded all expectations. Brison was always available to offer thoughtful recommendations and went out of her way to make each meal feel special. What impressed me most was her genuine warmth and attention to detail. She made me feel like a VIP throughout my stay, always anticipating my needs and ensuring that I was taken care of without even having to ask.
