Nov 21, 2024Great choice for returning home for a time of relaxation and fun.
Ocean Coral Springs is a beautiful location for a family vacation. I particularly appreciated its distance off the main road which supported a feeling of leaving the hectic behind. The resort has a sprawling layout which offers many options for being apart and relaxation. The options of 7 eating locations was great, which allowed for access to a variety of meals. I was disappointed however with the number of restaurants which were closed in any one day, greater signage could be provided to share this information. Another disappointment was the quality of the beachfront for 'non-privileged' patrons. Rocks and sharp coral are not reflective of fun and enjoyment and is a horrible sight at low tide. URGENT ATTENTION NEEDED to address this. Much better beachfront access is within five miles at local beaches. Some employees could benefit from reminders about demeanor and welcoming presence as they move about, at the least a hello. Walking by without any form of acknowledgment is not welcoming. Showtime and live band entertainment was fun and lively. There was a lack of fun evening/night activities for my fifteen-year-old - activities were adult focused. Greater efficiency and consistency needed for 'Privileged patrons' - minimal observed difference in service from regular patrons - slow/no response to calls for service, nonfunctional room equipment, confusing information about procedures, delayed access to leadership for appropriate resolution. With few exceptions great time spent.

I would definitely go back.
The hotel was lovelyThe shows were greatThe activities were👍🏾Not a lot of options for toddlers more for school-age kidsBut the kids enjoyed themselvesThe Jamaican cuisine was really 👍🏾 but the American options were just OK

My stay at Ocean Springs Resort was nothing short of breathtaking. As I stepped into my cozy oceanfront suite, the sound of waves gently lapping against the shore immediately washed away all my worries. The warm sunshine streaming through the sliding glass doors illuminated the spacious room, inviting me to unwind on the plush balcony overlooking the turquoise waters. Each day, I reveled in the resort's luxurious amenities, from rejuvenating spa treatments to exhilarating water sports. As the sun dipped into the ocean, I savored delicious seafood at the resort's beachside restaurant, feeling grateful for the serene escape from reality. Whether strolling along the pristine beach or simply basking in the tranquil atmosphere, my time at Ocean Springs Resort was a rejuvenating oasis that left me feeling refreshed and revitalized.

Our recent stay at the oceanspring resort was truly unforgettable. The soothing sound of the waves crashing against the shore created a serene ambiance. 4.5 stars. We had fun
We had a very good time. We just needed more time to enjoy the property more. We definitely will be goin back. Food was great and there's a lot to do there. Only reason y I dont give a 5 star is coz the floor and curtains of the room was dirty but overall we had a great time
