Incredible animation for the kids I loved Viri, Fer Karely and Mirelle, very loving and caring with my kids they did very fun activities, they enjoyed a lot I loved them they are super reliable, the pool was always clean and with many activities

Kids club experience
Mirelle, karely, Viridiana and Fernanda provided a fantastic experience for our kids at the kids club. This hotel was great. The food was fantastic and we really enjoyed the beach. There is a lot of options for pool experiences and dining options.

Hotel smelled like sewage. Couldn’t get front desk on the phone to book a shuttle back to airport. Most unhelpful hotel I’ve ever stayed at. Sand was cat litter. Food was horrible. Somebody was pressure washing at 6 am. Wouldn’t recommend to my worst enemy.

The resort has its pros and cons. Positives: The food, service, and cleanliness were absolutely perfect. Staff was attentive, and everything was well-maintained. Tons for kids to do. and the wildlife like monkeys are fun to see in the morning. Negatives: There are no chairs directly on the beach. The available ones are far from the shoreline with limited space, meaning if you have kids playing in the ocean, you’ll have to sit in the sand under the blazing sun with no shade. The beach itself is quite far from the hotel. While there is a shuttle, the resort’s narrow layout means a lot of walking, which may not be ideal for everyone. Also no room keys are given to kids, which was inconvenient. Every time my kids needed to grab something from the room, I had to go with them when they could have just gone quickly on their own. Overall, if beach convenience and easy access to rooms are a priority, this may not be the best choice. However, the excellent food and service help balance out the experience.

Amazing family vacation
recently stayed at this beautiful resort and overall, it was a wonderful experience. The hotel itself was stunning, with clean, well-maintained rooms and gorgeous surroundings that made for a relaxing getaway. We absolutely loved the monkeys that roamed around the resort every morning — it was such a fun and unique touch! The beach was also beautiful, perfect for unwinding and enjoying the stunning views. The restaurants on-site were excellent, offering a great variety of delicious dishes. However, the buffet wasn’t anything special — it lacked some essentials, like guacamole, and there were no snacks offered by the pool or in the lobby, which would have been a nice touch. One downside was that the staff wasn’t as friendly as I had hoped, which was a bit disappointing considering the otherwise great vibe of the resort. Despite this, I still had a fantastic time and would definitely recommend this resort to my friends. I’ll certainly be coming back! ( don’t get sucked in to a time share presentation when you arrive !!!!!) Also booking special restaurants is very hard phone app doesn’t work you will have to stand in a long line every morning to book for the same evening . Can only book one at the time
