Feb 02, 2025Fabulous Family Holiday
Travelled from UK as a family of 5 (aged 50-20) with TUI. We all stayed in the Eden block, 3 next door rooms, after I emailed them requesting this. Clean, friendly, great food choices and the beach was lovely too. We were not privilege so cannot comment on that but didn’t feel we missed out. Rooms large and clean, and drinks refilled in fridge every day, we left tip every day for cleaner and drinks supplier. All restaurants were good, we each had our favourites, and didn’t have a bad meal once….some people commented it was a shame no food served around the pools, but I think the reason for this would be to stop the wildlife sneeking in and taking leftovers! Having said that, the wildlife is amazing to see but I wouldn’t fancy them taking food while I was lying relaxing on a sunlounger! Entertainment in the evening is spread out over different venues: theatre, plaza and lobby bar, there is always somewhere to grab a cocktail! We did the turtle/ruins/cenote trip and it was great fun, but very hot at the ruins! We also grabbed a taxi from the lobby to 5th Ave and the local Walmart too…there is a 7/11 just 10 mins walk from the hotel too which was a lot cheaper than the on-site shop. Highly recommend this place for absolute best value for money.

Excellent gym
Gym service is excellent equipment is new and clean. Ricardo fitness pro is super nice helpful also a very nice outdoor CrossFit gym u must be 18 or older but there super nice here highly recommend u guy check it out. My room is also super nice with a beautiful view, also highly recommend the blue moon restaurant here the cuisine in incredible

Very friendly staff be prepared to walk
The staff was extremely friendly and food was very good. Drinks and bartenders took very good care of us! Francisco and Pablo at Eden pool were great! Be prepared for a lot of walking. Wildlife was cool. Just wish there was more breakfast and lunch options along with a snack bar would have been ideal closer to ocean and pools.

Food had great flavor. Wait staff were amazing, especially at the pool. Monkeys were cool to see every day when going to breakfast. Main down fall was only one buffet, we had a longer walk to everything based off our hotel room, and the pool lining was made of rough material - not ideal when playing games in pool. Overall had a great stay.

Worthy Vacation, great experience, above expectations from staffs weather concierge/butler to house and grounds keepers.
Another great experience we have. It exceeded our expectations. No complaints aside from maybe they can have more entertainment. The staffs are excellent and so accommodating, it doesn't matter if you are a a premium members (which we are) or just regular, they treated everyone the same. However, the perks we have as a member is beyond imaginable. We have our own butler XAVIER who takes care of us almost 24/7, he is such a wonderful concierge and will for sure requests for him in our future visit. We also doesn't need to get up early to save a chair whether at the beach or pools, they takes of us well. MIGUEL at premium/ privilege beach butler as well as Ayda and Nelly (beach waitress) done beyond what the job requires from them, so as ALEXIS, ADOLFO, NOVELITO, DAVID, ITZEL and all the waiters at the Privilege lounge THEY ARE THE BEST 👌, always happy to see us and go above and beyond. A little respect goes a long way. Room service, lobby and pool bar are great. If you're a coffee lover, OCEAN HOTELS are known for Addicting MIKE'S CAFE, from specialty coffees to different kinds of cold sandwiches, desserts and pastries. Golf cart drivers are so friendly, accomodating and comes at least every 5 mins, just in case you hate walking. In addition, the grounds and house keeping are such wonderful people and really clean too. Again, I cannot elaborate more how we love our stay, they treat everyone with above respect, kindness and compassion. Seems like what comes around goes around in this resort, we made so many new friends from around world, specially Canadian and Americans. BEST VACATION 👌🙌❤️
