    Beware of food/drink here.

    Beware of food and drink here. My family only ate at this hotel and we got terrible travelers diarrhea. I question their sanitary methods and water that they served. Things started off fine but then our trip ended in a very bad way as we were mostly all sick.

    Fantastic hotel and staff

    Fantastic hotel and staff,ignore miserable Karen reviews. We went as a family 2 couples with my elderly parents and 1st time to Mexico,this was gonna be their last long haul holiday but that soon changed after the treatment and friendship made with the wonderful staff,special thanks to JULIO who was outstanding in every way,a warm and generous character who always had a smile and made time for us. The rooms were clean,very nice ,spacious and comfortable. We had a lagoon view which was nice,the food was excellent throughout and enjoyed all of it as was a better standard than.other 5stars we've frequented. There was never a problem booking the restaurants which we did each morning on the day of attending them,just after breakfast. The beach was stunning, we had a great holiday and can't believe people complain when it was excellent for us,staff make this place.

    Cleanliness below par

    Several housekeeping issues in 3 bedroom Villa. Master bath shower head leaking causing pool of water on floor after shower. Master bathtub drain broken and could easily see large amount of long black hair which I removed easily with tweezers. 😳Black spot on floor (mold?) behind bedside table. See photos

    My family won't stay Wyndham Grand Cancun again.

    Pros: Staff was friendly and helpful. The room was clean and comfortable Cons: Clean crew removed our personal items out of room by mistake. The food selection was limited. Difficult to make dinner reservations. Internet was slow and unreliable.

    Unbelievably friendly staff

    Very very friendly staff, great experience. Victor and Berlin at the Pina restaurant and Victoria at the kids club were so great with our 2 year old. Francisco was so friendly. The food was great at all the restaurants. We had a wonderful time.
