Nov 25, 2024Just book it- you won’t regret it!
Just returned from our stay at Outrigger Reef where we enjoyed 3 nights in a club room and 4 nights with breakfast only at Monkeypod. Next time would probably not book a club room just because the evening time was quite restrictive starting at 4.30pm although the food and drinks were both plentiful and high quality. We stayed in a partial ocean view room with a balcony where we enjoyed the evening sunsets listening to music. Room was modern, spacious and soundproof once the balcony doors were closed. Staff were excellent throughout the resort who went out of their way to help rather than find issues. Location was excellent being close to both the beach and shops and also close to Pickleball courts. We ate at both Monkeypod and Kani Grille and really enjoyed the food, singing and dancing at the Kani Grille. Highly recommend this hotel and wouldn’t hesitate to stay there again!

Smooth Stay!
Soft beds and pillows, staff are super friendly and service for room cleaning is consistent. My room service hosts were Mary and Bonnie who had smiles on their faces every time they greeted me. Very kind and helpful people! Hotel is clean and safe. Beach access, restaurants, live music, valet parking (!!). This is my third time staying at this Outrigger and there has been no downfalls! Definitely would recommend.

Amazing Honeymoon at Outrigger Reef
Had an amazing 8 nights at the Outrigger Reef for our honeymoon stay. We upgraded to stay in a. Oceanfront suite on the 8th floor with Club Level access. I would 100% recommend anyone staying to do the upgrade as it made it almost into an all inclusive. Breakfast in the AM and then light food and drinks from 430-630. Food was always great! Room and views were amazing and really impressive water pressure. Everyone was so nice and accommodating but I have to give two shout outs. Joe at the front deals for going above and beyond to make our sty memorable and Joanna who did an incredible job with our room every day! Thank you so much, we will be back!

Great experience at the Outrigger Reef Waikiki
We had a great stay at the Outrigger Reef! The room was clean and comfortable, and the staff was very friendly and helpful. While checking in, we were pleasantly surprised with a box of cookies for our wedding anniversary. We also had everything we needed for our room with the help of Livy from housekeeping. She was very sweet and always greeted us with a smile. We booked a travel package through Costco and enjoyed the breakfast vouchers at Monkeypod each morning. The food and service were both great as well!

Experience to remember
The whole family enjoyed staying at Outrigger Reef Waikiki. The staff were professional, friendly, helpful, and accommodating. Both rooms had ocean views and beds were very comfortable. The central location made it easy to explore the city and beaches. We also enjoyed the breakfast, pau pau, and drinks at the Voyager 47. Definitely looking forward to coming back.
