-
Oceanfront hotel, excellent view rooms, restaurants, staff and amenities.
We stayed 10 nights from 2/20-3/2/25 and had a wonderful time. I had an ocean view king room that was awesome. Hotel is right on the beach with 2 fabulous restaurants that both have oceanfront settings. Of the 10 night there we only ate at different restaurants 2 times because the food was so good and very reasonable compared to the other hotels or restaurants in the area. All staff was exceedingly hospitable and anxious to help us. I highly recommend this hotel.

Great customer service
The property was great! Loved the pool and beach areas! Everyone was nice and helpful. Definitely have dinner at Dukes! Make reservations early! We stayed before a cruise, we accidentally left our luggage tags at home. Rudolph at the check in desk saved the day for us by printing out our tags! Five stars to Rudolph!! Would totally recommend this establishment

This place is top tier!
The staff here were genuinely happy, friendly & helpful. The room views are incredible & had the most comfortable beds & pillows I've ever used at a hotel. The beach was the finest beach I've ever been to, with it's powder soft white sand & shallow water. I highly recommend this hotel!

Unbeatable location
No other hotel can compete with its location. It’s where everyone wants to be in Waikiki. It’s the best stretch of beach. Seamless flow between the hotel and the beach. The pool is also nice. Having an ABC store in the hotel is practical too…..

Aussie traveller.
*our 3rd trip to this hotel.. its always been very dated and very worn.... but we like the location... definitely needs a overhaul . *location is perfect as its so so close to shops, international markets, eaterys and the beach. *when we got to our room ...we were quite disappointed... *the room had apparently been cleaned for our stay... hair all over the bath, the toilet lid was still up, and there was a dirty towel left laying on the floor in the bathroom. * I called the house keeping in.. she moved the towel and re cleaned the bath,,, and told me she would take it further..which she didn't . when I spoke with Mae( at the front desk), she had no idea what had happened.. needless to say I never let the house keeping in our room. i kept it clean myself and just grabbed new towels when ever I saw housekeeping on our level. *pretty disappointed that one exit from the hotel to the beach and to dukes access was closed... missed that easy access. Instead we had to walk past the crazy pool area. * quite expensive to do washing there too. *floooring on level 3 in our room... was all patched up and there were dips all thru the room under the carpet... almost felt like our room was tilting.
