Had a wonderful holiday at the Outrigger Waikiki Beach Resort. Perfect location on Waikiki Beach and the hotel has such a relaxed Hawaiian vibe about it. The staff were friendly and helpful when needed. Would definitely stay again and hopefully soon!

The Outrigger Beach Hotel Ohana
This was our first visit back at the Outrigger Waikiki Beach Resort after an 8 year absence and it was just like we remembered it. Staying there is a special experience that I have not had at any other hotel. They really do remember you and treat you like Ohana. From the reception to the bell staff everyone makes the visit one to remember. A special shout out to Pai's Deli - the best sandwiches in Waikiki and part of the Outrigger experience.

Perfect in every way!
Well, The Outrigger did it again, as always they make you feel sad when you have to leave. From the minute you ride the escalator up to the lobby for the check-in, you are greeted with smiles & a personal Hello from everyone. They call you by your first name & make sure that anything & everything you could want or need is taken care of. Steve, Victoria, Mae, Mikala, Ricky & everyone at the front desk make you feel like you are there most important guest right from the start! Anchalee, Skip, Troy, Eric, Barry, & Jiro to name just a few, & everyone else at the Bell desk are great people & go out of their way to accommodate your every need while at the Hotel! & Last, but not least, by a long shot, you have Gigi at the Voyager 47 club! She is wonderful, always has a happy smile for you when you walk in, & very friendly & easy to talk to! It’s what customer service should be everywhere? It just seems to come naturally to her. So thank you Gigi. The rest of the servers do a great job also! So I give it 5 PLUS⭐️🌟⭐️🌟⭐️✨ Stars, out of 5 Stars! And thank you for a wonderful stay! Been here many times & looking forward to my next return visit!!

Very nice property but yes some wear and tear with the furniture and carpeting-will be excited to see it after renovations. Our room was large and the bed comfortable. Only minor complaints are how slow the elevators were and that we could never get seats around the pool. Towels were on chairs but never saw anyone in them. Hotel was very busy but the noise levels weren't that bad. We had Club 47 access and the breakfasts and afternoon appetizers were amazing! Excellent location to shopping and restaurants.
