Everything was PERFECTO! Everyone made our Honeymoon stay feel like the most relaxing, romantic, and inclusive time of our lives. From Aldo and William, our personal concierges/butlers, to Alberto in baggage/transport, to Carlos at the Palafitos bar, Fernando with the breakfast service, our housekeeper, and Gricel/Hazael in activities, everyone was very nice and accommodating! We will definitely be coming back!

The Best Resort in the World
Service was incredible. Attention to detail was unparalleled. Food was 10/10 at all restaurants. Our butlers Enrique and Pilar were absolutely amazing. Alberto was our driver inside the resort and treated us like family. The entire team at palafitos was always looking to make our stay enjoyable and did everything in their power to satisfy all our needs. Please do not hesitate book your trip here it is the best resort in the world.

Excellent holidays
The entertainment team made our stay unforgettable. Gustavo, Haza, Alex, DJ Chis, and Gris were all amazing, full of energy, and provided fun activities for everyone. DJ Chis played the perfect music to keep the vibe lively, while Gris, with her enthusiasm, got everyone involved. Gustavo and Haza organized well-coordinated and enjoyable activities. Their dedication and charisma truly enhanced our experience. Highly recommended!

El Dorado Maroma Vacatione
We had a wonderful time. Accommodations, food, activities were all excellent. The staff were so friendly. Special thanks to the entertainment staff, especially Griecel and Hazael. Also special thanks to Angela Julieta, our butler and Miguel, Kevin and Gustaf the beach butlers.

El Dorado Maroma Vacation
We had a great week in El Dorado Maroma. the accomodations, food and activities was outstanding. We were so well treated by all staff. Special shout out to Gricel and Hazael, the activities and sport coordinators for their efforts. Also a big thank you to Angela Julieta our Butler and Miguel, Kevin and Gustaf the beach butlers.
