Friends trip to Punta Cana
The resort was outstanding! It was very clean and well maintained. The staff members, everyone from the front desk to the servers were very friendly and went out of their way to make sure our stay was an amazing experience. The 2 people that stood out for their professionalism and can do attitude were our butlers: Martiza and William. Anything that we needed, they took care of it promptly! Martiza made sure that we had all of our dinner reservations taken care of and checked on us daily to ensure our stay was flawless. William was always available for anything that we needed. He made sure that we received everything that we were entitled to and was super friendly!

Over all it was not bad. The last night out restaurant wasn’t very good Our reservation was at 6pm. We didn’t get served till 7:50pm. There were other people that came in well after us who were served and having dessert. We didn’t have enough time to even have dessert as our bus left at 8:30pm. Food wasn’t great at all

The whole resort was amazing but of course some things need improvement. Learn to play the towel game at the pools.

2 male staff followed my niece to dinner calling her and saying inappropriate things. She arrived crying. No one cares about complaints. Also the white party had a lot of kids and male strippers on stage nearly nude. Very inappropriate.
